I usually have around 10 per game, so I'm guessing the combination of going Normal then Aggressive on the road against your team playing at a higher intensity is what triggered all the extra fouls.

Definitely a weird game for both of us. You've suffered more fouls than anyone else. I've cut down on the fouls a lot this season, but to have only 3 against a top team is still well out of the ordinary. I'm just happy to get that win. I've been wasting too much energy on losses/draws.
I'm also glad that you couldn't run a 4-3-3. I hadn't noticed that you were doing that, so I wouldn't have even tried to counter it And with Leroy Blount out again, I probably couldn't have done anything about it anyway.

ok ill look into that and yeah. i lost my old team by 1 day too long of inactivity and decided to just forget about the whole game. though im giving it another go
I think I am going to save my money now until next season-- I will eaither purchase a new GOALIE for 300mill (have to be young and lots of potential) OR finish upgrades to stadium seats. The no brainer is to hang in for one more year with waht I have and upgrade seats. It will increase ticket income and media rights....

Crap. That's some bad luck there. I was hoping to go another round before I would need to decide where to burn the energy. One more easy round gets us to game 34 in the league.
