I have only scouted one of your players Andrea Kenney , What I see with him is you are only training him in OFF,PAS and TEC. WHat I would change is a litttle less PAS and TEC and hit him hard with SHOoting. IF you want more info mail me.

crusher looks like your staff is killing your ability to upgrade your facilities and anything else i only got 16 staff member which is a little high for me atm and i burning 300k a day you gotta be burning like 600k+ a day for staff which is crazy unless you have a huuge arena mine holds 2550 which isnt a ton but i only make 1 mil for selling it out and i only sell it out on league home games

You do have the right idea though if your defense is the best part of your team. If you find a good goalie, and solid defense you can definitely do well in lower levels and start to eek out wins against top teams in II

Thanks, I'd written this game off as a loss and sent half my starters to camp, so it feels like I robbed a win. I guess the combo of 1 higher energy level, correct countertactic and home ice adds up to quite a bonus.

I've been pretty impressed with my goalie in his first season as a starter - I can't think of any really bad games he's had since he got his chemistry up. Maybe he's trying to make the case that he still deserves a spot in training camp instead of the young stud I pulled last season...

yeah i think the differnce between very low and low does wonders for goalies i been messing with it this season. looks to me like low usually more solid outings for goalies than very low i'm thinking next season only should use very low on nonames cause it has failed me almost every time when using against a good team

Apparently, the secret to beating the odds in PPM is reverse psychology. Write games I have a low chance of victory off as a loss and start a camp, and my leftovers pull out wins they have no business even contending. I guess I should run the 2nd camp during the playoffs instead of in the off week between seasons.

No, I haven't noticed the money being that much. I just like to have more in training to make sure I get the best in charge. As older ones get eclipsed, they get released.

As for training facilities - I've been investing as much as possible, but the money I get from my sponsorships doesn't pay for much, it's only a few million a week. Right now I'd have to save for 3 or 4 weeks to upgrade my training facility another notch.

Guess I'll be patient then and wait for a couple more seasons.

My arena's at 3300 and counting. Staff is running 1.6M weekly, so ultimately not a big deal, though I'll look at cutting back. Won't make much of a difference though. Granted I paid less than $250k for player salaries lol

Andrea Kenney is one of my centers, so I've been making him more of a playmaker. I changed my training strategy to get each player to 100 technique now before training other abilities. I've got wingers who have over 100 shooting, so it's not entirely an issue. Just making up for lost time in some cases, trying to get them to where I want them. Like I said, I was dominant at level III - I think I lost two games, both to the team that promoted with me. My defense and goaltending are what I would think are excellent, but apparently it's not enough at this level and I need to get my offensive players more rounded or perhaps just better. What's more important to have, high offense or high shooting/passing?

There, I released a bunch of staff members - cost me a pretty penny to cancel their contracts, too. But hopefully long-term this helps me out a bit.

usually i dont release staff guys i pawn em off to someone for 10k anything over i get is a bonus so i dont have to pay em to leave. i pay 93k a day for players 225k for staff 189k for facilities and 116k for arena per day i was a little high a few days back will be lower in a few more days unloading older staffers that cost over 25k a day that arent coaches
