It would be nice if offensive zone time and ice time distribution would be shown in minutes, not in percentages. We are speaking of time, aren't we? So minutes would make more sense. Actually, I was expecting TOI column (time on ice) for every player.
But this is just a idea, it's great now, but it could be even better.

There are many users, including me, who thinks current NT election system is not good. Problem is that many preferential votes goes wasted. Usually, most of the preferential votes goes to top teams of division I.1. For example, last season in Finland, top 5 teams of division I.1 got in total about 50 prefential votes and none of those teams' managers settled as candidate. So, many votes goes wasted. You should do something to this problem.
I suggest that prefential votes would be only statistical and they will not effect any way for coming as candidate. These votes would only tell about managers' popularity. If there are too many candidates, you can limit them by other methods, for example by higher manager experience demand. I also suggest that the elections would be two-step system. First voting would be qualification round and 3 most votes collected managers goes trough to next round. Then we'll vote from those 3 candidates and the most votes collected will be the NT manager.
It would be also good if those preferential votes would be listed somewhere, like elections page. It would be good to see for example top 10 most preferential votes collected managers.

but you can make your candidature some time before elections to gain votes from managers who support you. if you wont get any then you will clearly see you arent going to win elections anyway. atleast in Latvia we have elections thread open and managers who think that they can step up and lead our nation to glory post their candidatures and community memebers ask questions and support them by voting at profil to allow them candidate.
Yes, in Finland we also opened discussions of elections and asked people to post their introductions before elections start. But problem still remains. Many supporting votes goes wasted when the most supported managers are not willing for the job.
Doesn't seem to work in your country either, despite election work you do. If you look your I.1 managers, some of them had lot of votes, but they aren't in elections.
I think there wasn't much wrong with the old election. On the other hand, I see that this preferential voting system only makes things more complicate.

-> suggestion: go back to old election system or make some improvements.
why wont work... it works good. if manager dont want to be nt coach he dont apply. this system is good enough to disalow all foreigners who think that their place in league are good enough to win now also its good that at elections page managers are sorted out of most votes before election.
You're missing the point. If manager don't want to be NT coach and he has collected many supporting votes, those votes goes wasted.
No votes goes to waste. Preferential votes are only if alote of managers is candidating for NT coach (more then 10). And only 10 candidates with top preferential votes can be voted. Other candidates are not visible at the elections.
And from there you can vote for anyone you want. Even if your preferential vote was for some1 that is not candidating.

Yes, but when some managers takes votes, some potential candidates may left out of elections. I think limiting candidates with preferential votes is wrong. Limiting can be done by other methods, as I suggested.
but thoose who dont get votes before elecetions wont win them anyway so why bother? at the begining i also didnt like this system but now it makes perfect sense.
You never know. I know few potential managers who didn't get any preferential votes in Finland and they could have win the elections.
I think that they need to add option: "I don't want to be a NT candidate" and everyone who clicked on that will not receive any preferential votes. If suddenly he decide to take a part in elections, he will go there with 0 preferential votes. Case closed.
Actually, I suggested that kind of system last year. Problem there would be that all managers won't do that. Some managers wants to see first do they get any support.
