what bug?

i have a player, Normally his height should be 190 at 28th of may, but it wasn't.

it's possible that his growth stopped.

But i'm 99% sure, his growth could be continued. i have an excel table for height, he missed his last growth. i will send you if you want to check it.

how can you be sure? you cannot know how long a player will grow. just send me the link to the player.

I dont think I did get any extra players scouted as I already had 18 selected from when the list was published (as a supporter) and probably not far off 18 scouted when I spent my credits. I don't think I can check now but do you know what I mean ? I wasnt able to add any more players to my scouting list once I paid my credits so that's why I thought the feature wasn't working. It sounds like the feature doesn't benefit managers who queue up their scouting from the beginning.
I am upset because I paid for this and I didn't get what I thought I would and what I did get didnt benefit me because I already listed the players I wanted to scout. I am a reasonable person and a loyal customer but I think this is unfair. Thanks for the link I will check it now. However before I posted here I spent ten minutes looking for the information because it wasn't where I expected it to be.

I'm with you here. Many other game mates and me had the same thoughts when we saw this feature for the 1st time: it allows to scout some EXTRA players.

Thus in order to get it clear, I wrote a post in this very thread, and was answered by vlady, so could see in the end what it actually meant.

But actually, and anyway, as it's been showed several times, this feature will keep on staying quite confusing unless that info is as well under the "help bulb" in draft page.

if you check back your team news, you will see that you were not getting any scouting reports after June 7. You missed 6 days of scouting because you did not quite fill your scouting queue. When you used this feature, it allowed you to scout players retroactively and that's something that you wouldn't be able to do for free. Therefore you scouted 18 additional players.

Thanks for looking at this and discussing it with me. OK so the draft names were published 30 May. On the 31st i scouted 3 players and on 1 through to 7 June i also scouted 3 players as i had lined them all up as soon as the draft names were revealed. On the 7 June i spent 54 credits to do what i thought would estimate the potential of ALL the remaining players in the draft - not just the players i had lined up.

In fact what must have happened (i didnt notice this at the time) is that I revealed the potential of the remaining 18 players i had already queued up for the next six days! So it is not that i did not fill up my scouting queue. Scouting the players already on my list has no value to me and certainly not 54 credits worth of value! I'm happy to wait and i don't think i've ever missed an opportunity to scout players in the bball draft.

I checked your link and eventually found the feature and a description of the feature. What is described is what happened to me - only the remaining players on my list were scouted.

As Higuera above mentions, this feature is confusing. I was misled because of the popup that occurs saying that this feature exists. Can someone quote here what it actually says? It is something like "its not too late to find the next superstar, use this feature to reveal estimated abilities of the players in your draft"

I accept that you delivered the service you intended to deliver to me for the 54 credits. However i am saying that the popup advertising to take advantage of the feature is misleading as to what spending your credits will buy. As a result I'm unhappy that i didn't get what i thought i was going to get. The fact that I found out the estimates of the last 18 players on my list early isn't of any value to me. If i knew that i wouldn't have spent my credits.

PS if you had a feature that allowed you to retroactively scout for missed days then i think this would be worth some credits, but i don't think this feature does this?

This feature does exactly what you asked for. I just scouted 5 more players in soccer as I forgot to scout the first day. And for that it's mostly intended. Paying for scouting players in your list makes only sense, when you can't wait the 28 days until scouting is over. And I'm sure there are quite some managers who do that.

yes, my bad, I thought you used that feature on the day of the draft to retroactively scout players. This is possible through the use of instant scouting. Instant scouting allows you to scout players instantly, as the name suggests. That includes filling up scouting slots retroactively.

as for the feature being misleading, the button is under the heading: List of players to scout. The button itself says Instantly scout all players on the list and the confirmation message says Are you sure you want to scout all players on this list?

I can see how you could confuse the list of players to scout with the list of all players in the draft. However, I think the placement of the button should give you a good clue as to what is meant.

Thanks Vlady. There is another pop up - perhaps in the news? - that says its not too late to find a young star, you can use the instant scout feature ... etc etc. And that this leads on to the pop up and messages you quoted above.

Even without this earlier message (unless i am mistaken, and there is no earlier message) I think the quotes of what the button says and the confirmation message clearly shows why I (and anybody else) would expect the whole list to be scouted. The fact that the cost was over 50 credits also made me think that this is what i was going to get.

In the light of all the discussion so far, I would be grateful if you could reconsider my request for a refund or something else appropriate.

I also feel very strongly that there needs to be a rewording and/or link in the bulb page which takes you straight to the link you pasted earlier - and to the right part of the web page - as all the supporter and credit paid features are on there and there are a lot of them.

I have been a loyal customer and supporter for a number of years and actively play three of the sports and enjoy them very much. I hope that you can resolve my complaint in a satisfactory way for both of us!

1) My starter C had an option "bench with 4 fouls in the 3 first quarter". Made his 4th at 18', didn't go to bench, and got fouled out in the next play. He had 2 (two!!!) substitues with less than 3 fouls in tue tactic.

2) In the last quarter, I set my sub-PF to play 4', but the sub-PF was already playing because of previous bug. So, what the game did? Did the substitution anyway but... With the 3rd sub-C, which is not a PF!!! 3' played, -7 plus/minus. I was leading, I lost by 3 points

Disappointed.
