I don't know if this has been said, but my players have dropped in chemistry today, and they played a league match yesterday. Offcourse i don't have a screenshot of this, but i update my excel sheet yesterday and they had 78 chemistry, and now they have 77. So they played a match but still dropped in chemistry. Strange...
I think they always lose 1 chemistry point after night updates, but always after match chemistry increases 1 or more points. So if you compare chemistry to yesterday, I recommend to do it about same time as yesterday.
All my players appeared today with their "media quality" with at least 10 points less than usual.
Also their potential skills dropped drastically today. Players with 80 in some potential skill appeared with 43, for example.
The real skills appeared in a right way.
I hope this is a bug or something. Can somebody check it?

I am just scouting the first of them, he is in 44% progress.

Nothing's wrong. The average is an estimate but so are all the separate skills - until you get him scouted.
In other words, they actually should show different values.
For the major drop - you didn't happen to get higher Human resources and economic department - now did you?
Edit: no you didn't, it's still at 1. Which pretty much explains it anyway.

You mean every day I can see different values in my player´s potentials?
Until I improve the Human resources, ok?

untill you scout your players... improving HR makes better estimations on the qualities of a player
