That is true, but will the chance of getting a goal against just after a free kick be higher then normal? that would be fair
no, but really, how many people will practice shooting on a goalie?
In my country is really normal that goalkeepers take free kicks and score goals. Eg: Rogério Ceni of São Paulo. He's been scored so many goals in his career. He is the leader in goals among goalkeepers in history. He's a great free kicker.

Hmmm, maybe you might be right in technical issues. but soccer is not only technic... soccer is also speed, tactical, shoot, etc. and so we will see at the WC if Brasil will be better than european nations.
but in this game I guess we also should accept some specialities... we could adapt. if devs try to copy real sports to hard it could be boring maybe... so I gues if a manager trains a player in special way he should also do special things...
