Bumped my General Sponser from a 1* $78M up to a 5* $121M. An increase of almost $3M per week. Pretty excited

Don't you wait after today's game to get the offer and possibly have more OTR? Does it make a difference?
I should have but alas I forgot. 4 OTR will certainly make a difference and a noticeable one too.
My HR dept was upgraded 1 hour after I received a 4* General sponsor offer. Now a tough decision has to be made.

There will be a change yes. Whether it is worth the risk is up to you. Chances are you'll get another 4* or better.

Just like you predicted I got another 4* offer. The difference is 3 mln for season. So, it's going to take 11.5 seasons to pay up for HR upgrade from lvl 11 to lvl 12, not taking into account higher maintenance fee.
Wow really!?!? Keep in mind there is some variance to it. You could have had a high 4* before and a low 4* just now. I'm certain once you get into 13 to 15 the difference is more noticeable.

I accepted a 4* general. Down 300k from last years 5*. But my HR went from 12-13 so hopefully the next level means it goes up... My OTR went up about 23 from the end of last season....
