oorah! i tied a much stronger team in my first match!!!!

I see there is not even any OT. I outshot I.1's first place team 28 to 11 and tied 2-2. GAR!

I didn't want to suck too much energy from the teams, so the round robin has no OT...playoffs will determine winners/losers

ah! i wondered about the OT thing. kind of surprised me. thanks for thinking of the energy issue...i know i didn't.

I understand the goal but here is the thing... OT does not impact the seasonal energy, just the in-game energy. Thus if you play normal you'd lose 0.08 off the seasonal energy regardless whether the game went into OT or not. Don't mean to criticize here but all you'd be saving is the energy that gets regenerated upon the nightly calculations... your player would be 83/99 rather than 80/99 but the next day in both scenarios would be 99/99.

Not to worry. Perhaps it is best anyways. I tied FlyingHeads today drastically outshooting him but if it went into OT it would have likely gone a shootout (due to the fact I can't score) at which point I would have lost due to his 22 shooting and my 18.
