im glad i really dont care too much about this game atm because this series of posts about the ausie nt is disgraceful.

i am very close to telling you all just to get lost and leave the aussie nt to the aussies.

if you had any respect you would be telling the comunity why you should be voted to lead OUR team and NOT putting down other managers who have every right to apply and i am sure will try and do a good job - and just because you can do a good job isnt enough.

Sharing your unique and brilliant insights about the following so all the aussie managers can benefit and learn would be a good start.

1) What outcome are you seeking to achieve with the team at the end of the season? Need to demonstrate you understand the format of the nt competition.

2) How would you go about achieving these goals? Are you planning to use all the top players irrespective of whether they are about to be superceded or do you plan to go with the top youth even if they are not as good atm? This should include specific examples of players you would and wouldnt include both from the current team and outside.

3) How would you want these players to be trained. Ie Ratios.

4) What are you going to do to keep the entire Aussie community involved with the NT.

5) What are you going to do outside the NT to promote and help the aussie community in general.

Yep, don 't upset our cav or our TB, together they provide most of our players in the national team!

I do, but forgot to change it. I wont be the NT manager for long anyway i assume, so will just do what i can to maintain the team. We're going to lose our next match as we have a very tough opposition and i'm not going to spend energy trying to get a win.

Your league is young and this is good for You that NT manager is someone more experienced. You can ask me if You need as well as I'm a helper also.
