I've found 3 A+ players and 3 A players with perfect scouting so far. You should get 1 or 2 great players.
Both Echols and Ripper got playing times as starters. I gave Echols the nod over a slightly stronger Leclair based on his experience. As a first line defensemen, Ripper has a bright future.
Looking at the rankings I posted, only Smart People (6), Bombsville Atomics (6), Momentum (5), Westchester Red Wings (4), and Kentucky ManBearPigs had more players. However, the Smart People have been buying up talent (only 1 of 6 of their players originally came from the Smart People), I added 2 from the Bombsville Atomics in case they fold, I added 2 from the Westchester Red Wings in case they fold, and the Kentucky ManBearPigs bought up a bunch of the Boilermakers' players.
With one or two more levels of training/regeneration you'd probably have more players, and the players that made the team would be higher on the depth chart. With perfect facilities, you might become the top producer of talent in the country if you continued giving players experience.
Looking at the 19 year old centers, I would rank them Taylor, O'Brien, Berry, Cederberg. Berry is not too far behind O'Brien with his experience. Taylor may falter in the long run. Berry should make the team next season - the U20 managers just need to be reminded about Berry. Ripper should definitely make the U20 team as a 19 year old. Echols at least deserves consideration.

i found a A+ on day one. then another A+ on day 2. an A on day 3. so i knew what i had to do: drop as far as i could to get a high pick.
total i found 4 A+ !!!!!

other problem is that i bumped SA as you requested but caused horrible finance for my team. I almost bankrupted once. had to sell all vets.
so i build HR a bit to try to earn more money and a couple of triples.
I dont have money to build anything and wont have anytime soon.
I may have to sell more players this new season

Your 17 year olds are unlikely to make the team next season.
I haven't compiled my scouting for 16 year olds, but Boman, Leavitt, Wagner, and Boswell all have great qualities and pretty good OR. Though Boswell has lower OR, I am favoring players trained like him recently, so he might beat out players with higher OR.
There were roughly 40 15 year olds above 450 OR without eliminating players that will train poorly or end up on bad teams. All 3 of your 15 year olds have a shot. Wilkes has some unfortunate qualities that might hurt his changes. If you train Lake like Boswell, he looks like a very strong candidate. Castro is also a strong candidate.

Thanks for doing that - there are very few top elite sports academy outside of I.1 in the United States.
I see - I guess your arena probably needs more attention first. Your facilities are good enough to develop NT talent (especially if they have enough experience to compensate for 50-100 OR) - you just probably won't get as many of the 1,000 OR 18 year olds (as of the beginning of the season) or develop average players into NT players.

I had Nickadermas scouted as A+ also he was going to be my first pick but you snatched him a couple picks above mine. I wound up taking Steven Wiess who scouted out as an A defenceman nice ratings scouted. Other than that i found no A's in my scouting but my hr is mediocre around 9 or 10.

I saw 3 A+ players including Perry, Nickodemus, and maybe Hedrick. I saw 5 A's including Weiss, Oglesby, Waterman, maybe Christi, and ~one other.
Weiss looks like a very good player. His OR is low, but it helps that it is the beginning of the season. On a team with top facilities, he could probably be in the upper 400's by the end of the season and be a candidate for the U18 team. Unfortunately, you likely wouldn't get much more than 10,000, and he would have a good chance at ending up on a team with similar or worse facilities.

There was a goalie a+ you probably didnt scout. I found 4 a+.
My 2 picks are solid all stars!! Starting or could have been better but im very happy.
A weel later i pulled a 4 stat goalie but he started as defender. So he "lost" 50 OR right off start.

I only scouted the 6/6's and like i said my hr needs help, my trainings only at 10 i built seats all last year. Im about to build another 2,500 stand then it will be training facility and hr they both should be bumped up twice by 60 or 70 games into next season or so. I was looking for a goalie so my hr must of got the goalies wrong only b goalies for me. Since i only had those 2 guys at a or above i tried hitting a hidden gem with my last two picks taking one d and one unscouted player. Did not work, but it did two seasons ago then i got a hidden gem winger using same strategy. My facilities started getting too expensive I had to build some seats to keep my financials in order so facilities were neglected this season. My training of my prospects was outstretching my budget if i trained to the 2-1-1 i could not afford some of my youngsters salaries so i had to train 1-1-1 waiting for my seats to finish so i have some odd training now but should work out eventually. Wiess and other youngins gain about 100 points a year now, not u.s. team worthy but i can live with it for now. (and if you read all this you must be bored by now, so i thank you for your time)
To be honest... without good sports academy its pointless for you to try to get a+ other than preventing a good team to get them. Starting OR will be very low to even sell for profit.
Add the low training facilities make things even worse.
Even with close to max facilities i struggle to get NT caliber players...

Any II.2 managers active on here? Guess my team has done better than I kind of expected promoting from III.2 this season. Still got a lot of ground to make up to have a good team. Hopefully I can keep my team here in II.2 for a few seasons.
I survived last season to finish mid pack and now this season, I'm in the Top 8. Maybe due to the bottom half of the league allowing me to be where I am. To have 7 losses (6 in Regulation, 1 in OT), I would have not thought it would be possible this season. This team I currently have is the same team I had last season. So, I say it's the game experiance that the players have, along with the chemestry that has my team in the Top 8.
Well, first loss of the season. I'm surprised it was only 4-2, though I was at home and hit tactics.
