Fair enough. You won the last election so you get to call the shots. I'm glad you shared your POV just so it was clear on what went into the decisions.

I do have to say I disagree for many reasons - but the biggest is that it wasn't an either/or situation like you're presenting it to be. We could have tried to beat all 3 teams, and I think I'll always scratch my head at why that wasn't the obvious approach in a World Championship tournament scenario.

Regardless, I'm sure we all hope we get better results in the future.

^ In other words, I think trying to figure odds made it more complex than it was. Bc waiting to try and beat Sweden wasn't the best odds to advance, if you lay everything out in a decision tree type analysis. Water under the bridge now though.

So who is next for the role of NTC?

Yes I see your reasoning, I just don't feel I am lucky enough to beat both teams.

on my guys that is....

I added Broxton, Koch, Glau, Larkin, and Stubblefield (all from foreign teams) to the top of my scouting queue.

So it is looking like I will be winning the elections for Senior Manager. Mrbrightside will be assisting me with the transition and then Xalthos will step in and be the assistant.

I will be running a specialized team on attack and defence. There will be 3 slots for Goalies, 3 slots for Attacking Back wings, 2 slots for Attacking Back Centre, 3 slots for Attacking Wing, 2 slots for attacking Pivots. The same for on the defending side. There will also be 4 two-way slots ( 2 backs, 1 wing , 1 pivot ) This will be a carrying weight of 14 starters , 9 backups and 4 two-way players. 27 Players.

There are 3 open slots that will be reserved for U21 team players, I have asked Lanky , brightside and bulls to offer suggestions.

So this year there will be a full roster of 30 players. Some drops and a concentration on getting chemistry back up on the rearranged lineup.

Here is the depth charts for the US Senior National team.
Goalies
William Jack will continue his roll as the starter. Currently playing for the Bulldogs Brno (Salt Lake Mountaineers)in the CZech I.1 league. This 22 year old leads the National team in matches played with 64 and has an impressive 34.8 save percentage. CL is an excellent 5/6
Lloyd Russ will continue his roll as the backup keeper. This 20 year old has played every match with the Doppelganagers in the USA II.2 division. CL is an excellent 5/6
Dominic Fugate will get his first call up to the national team. Constistanly one of the top goalies in USA I.1 playing for the Mojo Xpress. Dominic is a 20 year old with a manageable CL at 4/6. The "brick wall" will shortly enjoy the best training facilities in all of the USA.
Luther Brunson will be released from the team this year as he falls to the 4th ranked goalie. The 19 year old currently plays in the Slovenia II.3 on HC Vopovlje(Mojo Xpress).Luther appeared in 6 matches with a 35.9 save percentage. His Cl is a good 4/6

Defending Left Back Depth Charts
Dean Read from USA I.1 Cunning Procrastinators will be called up for the first time. This 19 year old is a defensive specialist who has played almost 200 games since being selected 2nd over all in the 2014 May draft. Dean will gain chemistry and experience this season playing the bulk of the matches. CL is an excellent 5/6
Kevin Hall will be back as the backup defending left back. This 20 year old hails from Hanover Fisters (USA I.1)and has appeared in 36 games for the National team and also has the ability to step in on offense.His CL is a good 4/6
Joshua Chase will be dropped from the team. This 21 year old plays for PitBull's Handball Club in the Other World (I.1) and appeared in 29 games on the national team. CL is a good 4/6
Mikey Shields (Hanover Fisters)(USA I.1)

Defending Right Back Depth Charts
Stanley Hudgins from USA I.1 Cunning Procrastinators will be starting this season. Last season this 21 year old appeared in 3 games. CL is a good 4/6
Morris Glau will be called up to the national team. This 20 year old plays for SC Magdeburg (Last Place McGees) (Hungary I.1) and has appeared in over 200 matches. CL is an excellent 5/6
Ted Keenan will be moved to one of the development slots on the team. This 18 year old has a perfect CL 6/6 and plays for the Doppelgangers in USA II.1 and will see some friendly action this season as a 2 way specialist.

Defending Centre Back Depth Charts
Don Womack will continue to start at the Centre back position. This 20 year old plays for ST.BITANGOK(69'ers) in the Hungary I.1 division. Don has appeared in 55 National team games and will be the rock for Team USA defence for years to come. CL is an excellent 5/6
Bryan Weber will be called up to the team for the second time. This 22 year old plays for Erratic Emus in the USA I.1. CL is a good 4/6 and Bryan benefits from world class training facilities.

Defending Left Wing Depth Charts
Lee Helm Will be called up and will take over as starter. This 21 year old plays for Faitonul Crocodilu (WhaleForever) in the Romania I.1 division and benefits from the best training facilities in the world. Lee has appeared in over 300 matches to date and will play the bulk of the matches this season. CL is an excellent 5/6.
Webb Densmore will be called up this season as well. This 19 year old was selected 3rd over all by the Cunning Procrastinators USA II.1 and has appeared in over 200 matches. With a universal position and 2 way training Webb can step in for any injuries on the wing. CL is an excellent 5/6.
Troy Snodgrass will be dropped from the team this year. This 21 year old plays for Dummkopf HSV USA II.3 and appeared in 25 matches.
Clint Wicker will be dropped as well (Last Place McGees)(USA II.3)
Christopher Tanner (VOLDI via Fighting Okra)(Belarus I.1)

Defending Right Wing Depth Charts
Joseph McFarland from the Cunning Procrastinators USA II.1 will be called up this season. This 20 year old has appeared in over 200 matches and has an excellent 5/6 CL.
Bob Young will continue his development and will be in the backup position. Hailing from Team USA (USA II.1) this 19 year old has appeared in 16 matches for the national team. CL is an excellent 5/6.
Frederick Schneider will be dropped. This 21 year old plays for Nekézsenyi SE (Lehigh Valley Lightning) in the Hungary III.5 league and has appeared in 60 matches for the national team. CL is a good 4/6
Carl Minton (Erratic Emus)(USA I.1)

Defending Pivots Depth Charts

Jacob Horne will be stepping up to the starting position this season. This 21 year old plays for the Covington Rowdies in USA I.1 and appeared in 3 matches last year. CL is a good 4/6
Darron Marrero will be moving to the back up position this season. This 21 year old plays for my team the Orlando Generals in USA I.1 and has appeared in 49 matches for the national team. CL is a good 4/6
Matthew King will be added to the team as the 2-way pivot. This 19 year old plays for Mojo Xpress in USA I.1 and has appeared in over 150 matches. CL is an excellent 5/6 and send some flowers someone got injured outside a training camp.

Classy move with the pivots, tesco. Horne and Marrero have always been close, so putting your guy in the backup seat while taking over the reigns of the entire team is noteworthy to me and is a great reassurance of trust. I do think Horne has the edge right now.
