I would hold on him. With NT youngster team possible happening this season, he would have been a great candidate to make the team. if team starts next season and he is selected he would be worth much more.
of course you also have the risk of he becoming 5/6 as he turns 16 and lose lots of value.
still i think your better shot is to wait.

He'd probably still have pretty good value as a 600+ OR 16 year old or maybe a 700+ OR 17 year old if his CL doesn't fall.
people who buy youngsters are often not newbies. they know the risk of players getting CL dropped. If he holds CL (he should) and makes the uxx team (if it exists next season) all of the sudden his value will double

The battle raging between 7, 8, and 9 has been fun to watch too. Between the 3 of them, there seems to be a new team on the outside looking in every day.
Due to a recent injury to Dave Fields, the race for the scoring title has suddenly opened up. Fields has enough of a lead that he could hold onto it over the last few games, but Bridges (Joshua Eagles) or Carpenter (Cataclysm) could easily pass him in two games.
The current standings (updated for today's games):
Dave Fields (Rub and Tuggers) - 445
Phillip Bridges (Joshua Eagles) - 431
Seymour Carpenter (Cataclysm) - 427
Since this is probably Carpenter's last season, I hope that he can manage to steal the title.

Man, what a bad break for Zilina, they get CP while the men in green get the no name. The fight for the last few spots has been very competitive.
