sorry to bother, would anyone be willing to post a picture of their finances? I'm not losing money but i've been pretty stagnant financially and im wondering what I can do to make some more money. Staff and being over 25 players hurts me a bit, but that seems to be a minor issue in my finances tab compared to my player salaries and facilites/arena management. My arena and facilities seem to be close to up to par with other top teams, and my highest player salaries for the most part are needed if I have a hope of ever competing in I.1. Just wondering if theres something i'm doing thats wrong
Handball's always been pretty poorly balanced in terms of finances. Players salaries in particular get pretty bad. It's easy for it to go stagnant unless you're a top 2-4 team (and then you have to worry about free agency, though that's not as bad in handball). On the other hand, the market is much less competitive in handball relative to other sports.
The thing I would recommend is to get rid of the excess players and staff (I need to do this myself). Especially the staff since you don't currently have a developed education center to develop staff members anyway. While you can develop good players now, the older players that were developed with sub-optimal facilities might not do too much good in the long run. You don't seem to have a lot of really old/foreign players/staff that would be especially expensive to keep.

Upgrade your human resources managers to 180-190 OVR. This should improve your general sponsorship contracts.
Train two physicians on prevention (100) only. This should cut down the number of injury days/players which should allow you to carry 1-2 fewer players which would lower your "too many players" dollar assessment.
Schedule friendly games for every opportunity. That alone should increase revenue....about $2,000,000 per game!!
Do not let staff achieve the maximum salary!!

Physiotherapist..140
Manager..........190
Custodian........120
Director.........190
Lecturer.........120
Physician........100 prevention.
All these things should create a noticeable positive effect on revenue.

think ive finally clinched a playoff spot in the top league for the first time! I'm sure i'll get slapped around haha, but still nice to be here, and hopefully i'll see a good sponsorship boost
no playoffs for me this year, damn! just wondering, is finances based more on position you finish or your record/goal differential? hoping I dont take too much of a financial hit, its getting hard to keep up this team and ive got some big RFAs hitting the market soon
You mean the award for the end of the season? That is based on your position. You can see it in the tab League/Prize money. And the awards for each position in the league are based on the total ranking of the league (sum of the team ranking of all the teams).
I was hoping to take it all this season, but Beavers surprised me in the playoffs, so will have to try to do it next season.

I mostly mean the sponsorship money. its been hard to maintain my player salaries haha. the boost after making the playoffs in S33 was crucial for me, so im hoping it stays close to that
Sponsor money is based on the team's ranking and the total team ranking of the league you are in. There is a possibility that your ranking is higher than at the end of last season and you might get more money. But, I think that this season we were harmed by an inactive team - Coin Flips and their team ranking being low. So we all might get less money than last season.
Also, make sure that your managers marketing skill is toped at a 100 for all the ones that are working for you. This is pulling the sponsorship money up as well.
If it's not, hire some with 100 marketing really quick, although it might be hard now, because I think everyone is trying to buy them.

No problem. There is actually more to it. Check the guide under information tab and read through Finances section. You will find out everything from there.
do we have any way to recruit some GMs to handball? looks like we are approaching the folding limit...
