You have point, small countries suffer more than bigger countries.
This is our problem as well. And with us being so small, we only have a few players to chose from. If the best players have low energy, we don't have anyone to replace them.
same here, but i think its not bad, that the energy is same as in teams.
If it's a fact, then name the people. None of us recall any such comment.
I prefer the energy not to be reset for the WC. Having to make management decisions such as when to preserve energy make the game more enjoyable. If we had unlimited energy to play high importance every game and unlimited cash to upgrade arena and facilities whenever we wanted the game would be more boring. I have been fortunate that UK managers have played games mostly on low/normal importance and we have the depth to replace players that have played on high. I can understand the grievance of national managers having a limited pool of players to choose from but surely opposing managers in their group are in the same boat as divisions are set up by number of managers.
I completely agree with this. Saving energy for WC-games is one of the things where community and NT-coach needs to work together. If someone doesn´t want to lose his player for NT because of upcoming relegation/promotion matches, then he informs the coach and he chooses another one. Of course players are tired after long season and so it is in real life too. Some may be dropped from NT if they are too burned out and so should they. This is very good feature, where the whole community is responsible for the NT success and should never be taken off.
Exactly... do NHL teams sit their guys before the Olympics?
If managers have players on national teams, they need to manage their team and players to help them play well for both teams.
Then again... if a manager is using normal or high for most regular season matches, they clearly are not a good manager anyway so should have their players removed from the national team.

we can not remove players during the season. but i agree.
Hey guys, I have a question. Do anybody know what factors determine the size of the World Ranking after WC? I mean is there a need to take 1st place in your group wasting energy or maybe there's no need to do that and take 4th place while you're still in the PO with bigger energy reserve?
Why it´s possible to play two games in one day? Finnish NT goalkeeper Eero-Pekka Ståhlberg played today a promotion match for his team and NT match. Why is this even possible?
Same thing here... And player had to play with reduced energy.
