For me double drop makes sense. 30% drop means restart of chemistry for new season. It works for all players without exception (there is no reason for exception).
20% drop means additional drop which caused change of team. It makes sense for me that when player comes to new team there is smaller chemistry than in old team. New teammates, managers...

Of course, that's why it's 20% instead of 70%. At least that was my reasoning.
Basically it boils down to 14% or 20% takeover to the new team. It's not clear in the guide and hopefully tomorrow someone can shed light on this.
My other question (How long will the chemistry remain when a player is not called initially?) on the other hand is of more interest to me.

Yeah, it would make sense like you described it. But the second drop is a 80% drop. So in the end after switching to the higher national team there is only 14% left of chemistry. This cant be right. Either they keep 70% when staying in the team or they keep 20% (which is in my eyes to low) when switching to the other national team. But a double drop cant be serious.
Lets say the U17 coach has a 17y with 100% chemistry. In the U20 he will play maybe with 19y if he is good. So with this double drop there is no reason for the U20 to take him right after falling out of the U17.
100% with 17y, 70% with 18y after drop, after geting nominated to the U20 he has 14%, when playing maybe with 19y he has 10% chemistry left. Sorry, this is kind of useless

But when? If he's not called up in first season he will not loose all his chemistry?

maybe he loses all. But 10% left with 19y is not really much more. Ok, it is better than nothing. But the U17 should be some kind of preparing the players for the U20 and the U20 for the seniors or dont you think this?
So, but if look at what happened, ended up at 100%, then had the reset, was 70%, and now entered the NT with 14%. In fact there was a 80% reduction.
70 - 80% = 14%
70 - 80% = 14%
Vlady should be lying on his bed, watching TV. Just forgot to our questions on this topic
not.
Chemistry X / new season => X -30% (=chemistry Z) / transfer to junior team => Z -80%
Chemistry X / new season => X -30% (=chemistry Z) / transfer to junior team => Z -80%
a) I didn't try to find that out.
b) I didn't know this is how chemistry is reduced for NT players. But since that's how it works, it doesn't really matter which happens first, the result will always be 14% because 100*0.7*0.2 is the same as 100*0.2*0.7

Yeah, it should be -80%. But as I said, it is nothing new, it was the same last season and nobody complained
Since Germany never won any international competition I never noticed till now. But last season we managed to win the ppmfcc with the U20. Shouldnt be there any showcase where won prize cups are shown like it is in team profile?
there are no graphic trophies for that, but it should certainly be mentioned in team history. we will fix that.
Thanks.
But maybe you can forward this as an idea. A showcase i team profile with graphic trophies would be a nice gimmick.
And it should be possible to link a national team which has an ID by the special tag for soccer_team
