I also miss some kind of extra "benefit" for having a player from your own school: a little discount in his salary; a slight boost in training or chemistry... whatever would be better -and fairer imho- than nothing!
Ok lower salaries 25%, chemistry should be high when you pull him. And there should be at least some benefits to his match performances because naturally player would do more effort for his mother club, at least 5% boost.
There is nothing wrong with buying players, but i think that football should not be centered around business but around tactics and players development.

Lower salaries? As far as I know, foreigners are a 25% more expensive -regarding to salaries-; but there's no difference between players from our own country, wheter they are bought or "born" in our own club...
Ahh, true, forgot that some peopla buy players from their own country. But compared to most managers that buy players, managers with only own players will have lower salaries.
I just realized that 2 of my players are about to extend their contract and the new contract is cheaper than the current contract for both of them. I was wondering what's the reason but then I realized that there're only 3 league levels in Finland now when there was 4 last season. That's just to confirm that smaller countries have lower costs than bigger ones because I can't think about any other explanation. Those players are Richárd Jakubovics and Pavel Maťo .
What determines which team goes in which group in CL? Is it based on ranking or just someone placing them there whatever way tickles-his-fancy or what?
I believe it's according to OTR but there is a mechanism that makes sure there aren't teams from the same country in the same group. We don't do it manually
The manager of the Australian U17 team hasn't logged in for three weeks and just lost his team, however, he is still listed as the U17 manager. Is there a process for replacing the manager in these circumstances?
I am the assistant. Can I just be promoted to the manager's position? Or is there a trigger for a new election? Or is there someone who is able to go into the team on our behalf and add players to the squad so I can at least select a lineup?
As assistant, I can select lineups and tactics. Unfortunately, there are only ten players left in the squad so any lineup I attempt to select is disregarded in favour of an autoselected lineup that picks players out of position.
Any thoughts? Surely, we've run into this problem before. Or has it not previously coincided with the change of season?

If a sportin director's contract has 1 day left, will his influence count for the overnight calculation of the traningkamp that running at the moment? Or should I make sure I switch him today?
This comes a bit late, but he'll count. Staff retires at 5:42 CET.
We all know that players have high and low days of training. Is it the same day for all teams in PPM or is it random, so some teams have more high training days than other?
I think it is the same day for all, the days after they play matches, especially league-games.
