I looked at the other countries that aren't in the "Other World" League and amazingly enough, there's almost as many with less leagues than us than there are with more. So I think we're safe for the time being.
I've seen guys with low potential ratings before, many many with 1/2 stars. But until tonight, I've never seen anyone with 0 stars. My big question is: If I hire a physician with 0 stars, will he actually hurt the players himself?
Maybe this one is so opposite the normal physician that you never get injuries at training camp.
In the first 3 days of hockey scouting I've protected an A and 5 Bs.
Through the first 15 days of handball scouting I've protected 3 Bs.
Looks like another worthless handball draft is in the works.

I've found 8 B's so far in handball. I've only missed 1 day of scouting.
It's possible that my scouting is inaccurate, however, even my scouting in soccer with a level 15 HRE and 50% out of 100% scouting efficiency was inaccurate. I drafted an A in the last soccer draft that turned into a B (which was probably accurate now that I've scouted the actual player). An A+ also turned into an A (he has 2 qualities in the 90's and otherwise qualities in the 80's).

I'm at 2 B's and I've missed only 1 day myself. I'm at the point now where I'm just going to draft all D's and hope they have diamonds next to their name.
Well... all said and done, I ended up with 13 Bs and 1 A scouted. I guess that's not horrible.
But the 1 A (Drummond) is only 5/6 CL and plays goalie, which is the position I'm least interested in drafting at this point... I already have Lloyd Russ to play games and Erwin Copeland (82 eQ - 6/6 CL) as my "goalie of the future" as well as a few other pretty decent guys at the position.
So I'm actually rather torn and probably won't even decide what I want to do until right before the draft...![:-? :-?](https://appspowerplaymanager.vshcdn.net/images/ppm/smiles/new/thinking.png)

What do you all think? I'm not even asking to be funny, I'll take biased and unbiased opinions at this point. Should I:
1) Leave Drummond on the block for another team who might benefit from having him more.
Con: He might not start out with as high OR if I do this. It might be better for my league mates if I draft him with my level 14 SA and then sell him instead.
2) Draft Drummond with the intent to sell him on the market. He probably won't get me much cash unless his starting OR or eQ is VERY high (in which case, I'd probably lean towards option 3 below), but I'm over the player limit as it is, so I technically should be thinking about selling players anyways.
Con: I'll likely miss out on any/all of the decent B players at positions I'd love to have more depth, and this draft will end up being rather wasted for me in the grande scheme.
3) Draft Drummond and just train his ass like crazy, hoping that his CL doesn't drop to 4/6 at age 17. I'll probably never use him (it's hard to imagine he'd be better than Erwin Copeland over the long term, but he might end up being a pretty decent goalie for the youth national teams in the coming years.
Con: Again, I'd miss out on any/all of the decent B players at positions I'd love to have more depth. But at least in this situation, Drummond would probably end up having some value in several seasons. This doesn't solve my player limit dilemma though (adding another player that I'm planning on just "holding" for several seasons).
I know I'm probably preaching to the choir and you all are probably annoyed that I'm even torn on the matter... but any feedback is actually appreciated.
Lol maybe I'll just draft nothing but Ds hoping I find a diamond in the rough haha.

I would get him and if his OR is high enough wait until he isselected for youth NT then sell and hed be guaranteed a good team. If his OR is not high enough sell immediately for a marginal profit
Strange... in my game against the Tuggers today, I changed from Normal to VH intensity at the half, but I didn't get the boost I thought I might get in the 2nd half.
SOG : 4 worse
Goals from 6m : same
Goals from 9m : same
7m opportunities : 1 worse
fast break opportunities : 2 worse
Assists : 1 worse
Turnovers : 2 worse
Steals : 1 worse
Blocked shots : same
Yellow Cards : 3 worse
2 min penalties : 7 worse
Granted, I ended up luckily winning the game because the Tuggers also did a LITTLE worse as well, but it makes me wonder what the true effectiveness of playing on VH really is.
In this single example, it looks like it might have done more harm than good (just look at the turnovers, yellow cards, and 2 min penalties!)

Drafting Bill Drummond might go down in the books as a mistake. His scouted qualities are decent, but he's not a better goalie than Erwin Copeland by any measure (eQ, OR, or CL).
I'll be throwing him on the market if anyone's interested. He's definitely not bad by any means. I just really don't need him, and I need to shed some players. Check out the USA BUY/SELL thread or the chat on his player page for his scouted Qs.
None of the Bs I drafted were rated higher than 3 stars (which seem to end up being high 60s, low 70s AQ). All of them had sub-350 OR, so at this point in the season, they aren't particular valuable either.
I didn't even pull them from my academy to see what their ratings were.

yeah... I know what you mean.
When an A player is only 74 AQ and is pretty much a throwaway, there's something wrong.
It just seems like a way for them to drive daily logins and ad revenue - the contracts are (i imagine) based on unique daily page views (which theoretically increase or at least hold steady because of draft scouting).
