Nope, SocC, when I actually paid attention to this change, he was training at a skill with Q in the low 80s.
So I suppose, if you have a player in the NT and he's got 40 Q for that skill he's training you won't see a big change. But if his Q for that skill is 80-90, you'll see a jump.
That tells me that the increase in training is also dependent on the Q for that skill.

yeah, you can't play in both which is why I'm not making the playoffs in the WHL. Lost 6/7 of my Saturday games...
Surveying our rinks and sending out messages on peoples plans, once I have full report i'll put together a file or something and post it on what we have. Finished looking at I.1 and II.1 and II.2 today, will get II.3 and II.4 tomorrow.
What i'm doing is is contacting anyone with 1700 seats or more to get a baseline on what they have/what they might be building including accessories.
The Hawks in II.2 don't have the highest capacity (we have 5 with 2k plus) but they are our only one with a scoreboard so far

I'm going with seats in my last 3 sections, 1 large and 2 small, but I doubt it'll be all done by the time it starts. Depends on how my player sales go

Pulled a OR 207 Center who has a good build and a 234 Universal Defenseman that needs another 12 Tec points to be very studly...very happy with this pull, but where is my GOALIE!!! 
A couple of very decent centers AI 249 and 231, with 76 AQ and 83 AQ.
Is he seeking asylum in the US? Perhaps if he becomes a naturalized citizen we can get him to play on the national team.. otherwise this is the wrong place to advertise that great player.
As I posted on the Youth Pull thread, lame, lame lame. OR 128, 129, and 163. Extremely horrible quality, with 1 and 1/2 stars the highest in a defensive position for the 163 guy.
Nice, looks like we have around 8 stadiums that are at or will be above 2,000 seats in time, just waiting back for resoponses from the other owners i've contacted.
