He's the 6th highest OR American-born center-mid on my list, but he only earns a 6 in-game rating. This probably means the ratio he is trained at isn't close to what most of the top teams are using OR that there are other factors that affect a player's in-game rating besides besides his individual attributes. He takes free kicks and penalty kicks, so his shooting may be high. Then again, 15/24 shots have gone wide for him this season (and 75/110 for his career). I've added him to my scouting list, but he's 27th in queue. I doubt he'll have a chance at the NT. However, thank you arsenalFC1 for bringing him up and we'll keep an eye on him.

Do we have a database of some kind? I know Obryantj has scouted a lot of the players.

I would look at players that are good and have high CL for longetivity with the NT.

what ratio do you use, those two seem to have game ratings that are a bit subpar for their OTR

Arsenal players is no good in my mind. Finished scouting and the pass is trained way to low for the postion he is in. His ratio in my opinion keep him from being a candidate.

@Rayvok I dont think anyone has a data base between Obryantj & I, I am sure that we both have most of league 1 top players scouted as well as (at least for me) half of all the top players in league 2. Havent made it to league 3 yet. Scouting time is much slower in soccer then in hockey.

This is were this is all going to get real tricky on how to determine who should be on the team. OR & CL are great for Runny's players but Rating is extremely low which leads me to believe ratios being used for those players may not be the best.

Arnold has 95 in main atty but is only rated a 7. I have players with a 77 in main atty and get a 7 rating. While I have scouted other players with are a 93-94 main atty with a 10 rating. This is just and example of how hard our future NT coach is going to have. OR may not be the best indicator for who needs to be scouted.

2-1-1- and .5 - .5 on the centre mid. Trying to get attys up before I raise his main atty some more.

Kat, what do you think about Kysel? Are his attributes more in line?

Matt Barnard OTR 413 I sold him 2 years ago to a over seas team. Gets 10's in games. Defense.

To be honest I havent put him in my que, or anyone on you team yet. Right now I'm only scouting players rated a 9 or higher. Cittel or rates at a 6 so it may be a while before I scout him. Not peronsal is ment by that by the way. Its just the criteria I use for scouting other players at the given moment.

I think we'd (Blackkat and I) would need to discuss who we have scouted between us before either could recommend players for others to scout. I'm sure we have quite a bit of overlap. A database of some sort, like some countries have for their hockey national teams would help a lot.

I've also been scouting players who only get 9+ ratings, and I've got a list of 65 American-born players who meet that mark. However, I only have 22 of those scouted. I have some of the other high OR players who don't earn a 9+ rating scouted as well.

@Runny - Thanks for pointing that guy out. That's 5 CDs on my list that earn a 10, easily our deepest position (or the easiest to earn a high rating at).
