Have anyone find out how to play with aggresive aggresiveness without having all the big guys fouled out? Maybe training more technique or less aggresiveness would work here or there is something else that would help?

5 min. But if you only have 5 and one gets injured, etc., the forfeit penalty is double the penalty for losing! (0 points for forfeit instead of 1 point for a loss)
It's true that they can't get injured during a match. However, if you only have 5 players on your team, if one gets injured and you don't buy another one, you will forfeit the match. (you must have 5 healthy players to play)

Did anyone actually see that happen? My guess would be that if you only have 5 players, they can not get injured (similarly to how if you only dress 5 players for a game, they will not be fouled out)
Question: What does team captain do, what does it affect? Who's better for that, highest EXP or highest OR?
It has no effect.
Really? I thought the other players played better when the team captain was on the court at the same time. At least this is what the guide said about hockey. I thought it was the same for other sports...
I don't know but for hockey it's like that as there is 3-4 different lines so you can boost one of them with the captain. Other spors are more difficult as basically only "1" lineup.
