What was the bug? It seems to me that the problem was just in the lower leagues, so the teams from division IV and possibly division III might get a boost, but that should be it.
i think the bug was on the media offer as we see now some very decent media offers in the table.
if that is what it is, those who accepted offers could check if the amount of money changed.

i got 2000 with one star and 2000 seats.
dont thing the stars would make that huge percentage difference.
or caps gettting 2,369,200 on 2 stars

The media offer seemed to have doubled since yesterday despite being another 2 star offer. I still rejected it.
Today's 4 star offer was about the same as yesterday's 3 star offer (both were probably about 3.5 star offers). I'm not willing to take risk that it might fall tomorrow.
