I will upgrade stadius only as needed. I have other priorities and dont think it is worth it.
that is because with initial given money that is pretty much the most obvious options. now that the start money is gone and limited weekely money we will see how the teams' strategy are.
Yeah, if you're not selling out yet, the value of increasing stand size is not very good - especially considering the big media deals don't really start coming in until multi-floor stands are built.
I've generally figured out what I'm going to build this season and will not build my stadium any more until I finish with everything else.
I'm hesitant to spend to much on training, regeneration, and players quite yet since it will take at least one or two seasons to start making an impact (unless you put everything into them and shoot for the top despite the current parity), at which point most of my current players will become obsolete. I might sell my best players if they can secure me a spot for next season.
The HR department and sports academy are my priorities this season. Having 15 year olds with 250+ OR will become very useful.
Each large stand is probably worth at least enough money to recover the costs of the stand over the course of the season.
Attendance seems to be about 400 on average for now.

I forgot how awful low level HR scouting reports are, and therefore how important quickly leveling up HR is. One of my best trainers is training a skill with an unscouted quality of 51, which is obviously completely wrong - it has to be at least in the 70s, maybe higher. I can't justify spending any significant money on the market when their real qualities could drop by 20 or more points, which would completely tank their usefulness.
When I first got my team, my best player showed an AQ of 97. An HR upgrade or two later and it was a 51. Yeah. Not going to be spending too much money for a while.
I am considering updating when attendance gets close or at 700. Until then, I think it is a waste of money I can spend elsewhere.
my personal priority is building up the infrastructure to keep this team in I.1; and also staying in I.1, but we'll worry about that later

Damn my team finally they realized they have no idea what they're doing and dropped a few games. At least was able to get started on the big 3 at level 5. Hopefully youth pulls keep my afloat going forward.
My first consecutive wins and team is no longer at last place. Now, the melonees are only 3 points behind 8th place.
