Instant scouting takes a spot out of your queue. It will be at the end unless he is already on the scout list.
I can't get extra scouting done by paying credits?... That sucks.
Thought I should still be able to scout three players tonight even if I paid to have an instant one done. Just that instant one I picked was one in my scouting queue already for tonight and now I can only put to in the queue

That'd be a paying money = advantage. Paying money will skip the wait time or allow you to scout guys in slots that were left empty on pat days.
Next time, add the guys to your scouting queue you want for the first few days. Then hit instant scout and they'll get slotted into the later days.
Basically, when you pick players to scout they go into a box. Hitting instant scout on a guy who isn't in your box goes into the next slot. Hitting it on a guy already in your box converts him in the spot he sits - if that makes sense.

Makes sense. Thanks. I was there was a limit to buying extra scouting, like one extra days worth could be bought. But also like that there is no paying advantage or teams would try to buy everything and there would be no competition
I am able to scout 3 more players for the draft even though my current ones aren't done yet. It says the current ones should be done on Thursday and it's already letting me scout for Friday even though it's not technically Thursday. Theoretically, wouldn't I be able to scout 3 extra players? If that makes sense?
I have submitted 2 offers this week to RFA's and the bids have not been accepted. The latest offer I made, Thursday night, to a player was for over 5.7 million and the player team is considering on offer of just over 2 million. Is it possible for someone to check out if there are any issue's with my account? I have acquired 4 RFA's so far in season 17.
I have had that happen a while back. I can not explain it.

the original team of the player doesn't have to match 100% of your offer. it also depends on the number of season bonuses that the player was given
I bought an ice surface for 5 credits. I applied it and it didn't show up on my arena.
we will fix it.
First day of the draft it only let me scout 4 players, now I am back to my usual 5 players a day.
