Goalie Experiment Update: No increase in game rating this week. Lets see if he goes up to 110 when he hits the next 10 multiple.
What about Daryl Chevaliar of Fridgid Affair? Is he good enough to add to the NT to keep around?
Would be a good idea if (and only if) someone from Canada has the funds and intentions of landing him.
Why waste a spot on the team for a player from a team without a manager? There are better goalies on teams with managers who would be thrilled to get a NT player. Plus, players on teams without managers don't get better.
Goalie Experiment Update: NO game rating increase again this week.... One more week before I pull the plug and train secondaries to look for optimal improvement.
Ok here is the summary as per requested: Jan.29-106R(298-148-148), Feb 5-108R(305goal), Feb 11-108R(312G), Feb 18-109R(320G), Feb 26-109R(328G), Mar 4-109R(335G) I will continue for a little bit longer, say to about goaltending 350.
He meant to post Ruslan Garacheuski and question for you skipman6: was your backup the same the entire time because the OTS goalie rating is based on the backup as well and that could account for the minor growth over the past month or so.
Ya everything has been the same for every game. The only thing is that my starter is getting fatigued and he may be going down in rating a bit. So next week I will put my third string in as backup and the week after, he has zero chemistry but 100% energy.
He means your backup for the data. If your backup improves, so does your rating.
The best way to do this would be to buy/pull a crap player and put him as backup but don't train him in anything.
That way your backup is a constant and the only variable is the starter.
