I would like to suggest to add this in hockey. If you are loosing by 1 goal before 58min (and you have option to remove goalie from net) your goalie leaves the net. If there is an tie before 58 min and an opponent scores in like say 58:01. My goalie wont leave the net.
Hope you understand what i mean.
Tnx

i was just wondering if there will be racial diversity here in the future...it's a little bit odd to see asian or african teams filed with only white players...hope youre gonna work on that in the future...thank you
and yeah, this also goes for football
and please give us some new smileys

The line chemistry has to be improved. I noticed there have been several changes latest, but as it is now, it's nearly impossible to push players chemistry. Some of my players played nearly all league matches plus several friendly's and have a chemistry of around 15%. And even worse is that the goalkeeper just don't gain chemistry in friendly's. My youngster-goalie plays 4 friendl's a week plus a few league matches (as substitute when I'm in front) and has a line chemistry of 3%. That doesn't make sense, he will never get close to 100% even if he will play all league matches for the next 5 seasons
in friendly and cup games you share money 50:50 with your opponent and thats ok, but why do we have to share money if we play against no name team...wouldn't it be better if all money went to active manager, or maybe you should change ratio to some other value like 75:25 or 90:10 in favor of active team...
that would be unfair against that managers who play versus real oponent.
I have one suggestion. Why not bringing back player loans?I know about main problems, managers cheating, player will not probably train best etc.But I have sollutions which are not so realistic but will please all sides...
1)player can't be loaned to a team from your league or to team that is in same competition as you(not including credit tournaments and friendly games)
2)player could be only loaned until the end of the season
3)player's salaries will be fully payed by a team that is taking player
4)player will continue to train as he is in your club, but on your training page his name will be written with red letters(or some other colours) which will mean that he is on loan
5)player will only get half of experience if he is training in your club
6)combination of 4 and 5.if you choose player not to train in your club,he will get all experience he earns, not 50%...or some other similar combination
7)when player goes on loan, his chemistry will be set on zero in his main club
SO,i am waiting for your thoughts

thank you i appreciate your reaction
maybe it could be solved even better but the rest of the job is on the development team...i am not on salary

1 question about your suggestions about training. How can a player train at your club if he is in some other club (lets say he is from Slovenia and he is on loan in Russia). I dont think he should train at your club. So you should look out where are you sending him on loan.
With all other i agree,
With all other i agree,
i agree with you it sound a little strange.I proposed that because some veteran managers will not want to send player on loan in some other club with training center level 2 if he has level 10 for example...
so,that your proposition is quite good for sending players on loan only to teams from your country...
but then 1) must be changed to:you can't loan player to team from your league...if you loan player to some club and you play national cup game with that club, player will be unavailable for that cup game

You didnt understand me correctly. I wasnt talking that you can loan a player only in your country. I just think it would be strange, that he could train at your club.
Placebo could be a solution. Player thinks he has the power to skate 3 hours on some bad ice and in poor conditions - and he just does it because he is wearing former clubs gear. Just have to turn on the placebo effect when he goes on loan.
What you said right now is science fiction
However, I agree with Jackass9 that it could be a good option if its worked out well. I have some ideas too:
1. It could be made similar to the UFA/RFA players that has been implemented now. You collect the bids, and at the end, you can choose whether you will let him out on loan or not.
2. If you let him out, he will train depending on the facilities the other club owns.
3. I agree completely with chemistry setting to zero in his main club.
4. He gains all the experience for playing in other club, no reductions.
5. You can choose for how long do you want to let him out on loan - several possibilities (1 month, a whole season (112 days), 2 seasons, until the start of the playoffs, until the start of the next season etc...)
6. Bids should be public, something similar to the player market, but with the option to choose whether you want to let him on a loan or not (I know I already said that, but it is a good idea IMO, so I am repeating it once again )

Placebo was a joke
But probably there is a way to make some kind of waiver requests as in fantasy games, for players that are currently in dead clubs.
