I didn't think he had a chance until I saw the team, but Alan Hardison should probably be on this team. He's 15 and already better than some of the 16 year olds on the team, not to mention his height and quality (88%) has him on track to be your starting PF/C in a year or two.
Mark Zavala
He might be a short term solution for U17 C/PF. Probably doesn't have the OA or quality to be a long term nation team player, but should reach center height by the end of the season.

I guess it's less important than calling up a better center, but the team also needs a home arena.
Agreed. It's weird seeing them play in front of nobody.
he probably does not know how to ..

Sorry, I didn't know I had to pick a stadium.
I thought that was automatically chosen by the game.
We got the stadium now.

I would recommend focusing on getting as much chemistry as possible for the key 16 year olds on the roster who should be starters (if they are definitely the most promising 15-16 year old at their positions) next season by playing them as starters on very high for every game, including exhibitions. This would help the team be stronger next season. It could also allow you, if they get enough chemistry, to spend exhibitions building up the chemistry of other players next season.
I suspect this is already intended to an extent since 16 year olds are already playing as backups and even as a starter (for now due to an injury), but I would suggest going all out with this strategy. Maybe it would be preferable to wait one more game to see if the team can start winning, but I would start soon, especially if the season begins to look lost. 2 losses is definitely not insurmountable - 4 wins is probably enough for a good chance at advancing, but only if there is a pretty good chance of getting those 4 wins in the remaining 6 games.
The only exception I would suggest would be for Steiner who should be a starter for the U19 team next season (and perhaps whatever other players the U19 manager may express an interest in to start next season, if any), so any chemistry that Steiner carries over to the U19 team would be important.
The chemistry for the strategies that the U.S. seems to be favoring would also benefit. It really isn't possible in basketball for the national teams to develop the chemistry of more than one tactic.

Thank you.
I think it's a good idea.
It's been a real struggle to win with our starting PF out and his backup also out.
Does chemistry carry to U19?
