would it be possible to switch the drafts?
so that the teams with the best schools may choose first in week 16 und the worst teams choose first in week 8?
smaller countries like switzerland have problems to find youth players with just one league full of good teams.
for example, in my league II.4 there are 5 places open. if place 16 pulls first, it will be a youth player with an OR of perhaps 250.
same player would come with an OR of 500 or 550 on a top team of the same league.
its a big difference for the youth national teams, if we have 1 or 5 leagues, with can get a top-youthie at the beginning of a season with an OR of 500 or higher.
half a season less for the same player also means a quarter less trainable time for the U17 (and U20)

I think they just don't want to answer the disturbing questions and avoid the issue. there s probably 90% of the managers who agree on this, and on about other things too.. But it just won't change..
let's not give the strongest teams even more advantages and increase the gap with the teams that are still working building their team.
the focus here should be on ALL the managers, not on a select few that manage the national teams or even the slightly bigger few that supply the national team players.

I know what you mean.
But it is fact: since there are the drafts, there are less great youthies from school.
second fact: teams on the last places of a league often are beginning teams or even teams without a manager and soon NoName-Teams.
So if they get the high-skilled youthie at the beginning of a season, its for nothing.
Nobody spend money for a youth player with an OR of 250 or even less, even not with an AQ of 90%+.
So this draft is lost for the national teams of smaller countries, with just second leagues.
But a big advantage for nations with 3 or 4 or even 5 leagues.
a nation with 5 leagues have got 86 teams in leagues above on the last places witch can have proably good schools.
a small nation only one.
1:86... thats little too much.

when will the to-do list be updated again? I'm sure new things must be in the planning since the last update

The list only updates when there is some major changes or progress to the list. It's not really "up to date" on whats going on, but more like guideline on what the employees are working on (might not be currently working, but it's on the way/put aside for other projects to take focus).
As the list is "old" now, it's just most likely that those projects hasn't taken any huge steps towards being published yet. Some percentages might have changed... yes.. but they are not really telling us anything about how ready they are.
Thats how I see it. Think someone has asked this question earlier, but I can't find the real answer from staff, but in my opinion it was something like that I just said.

thank you for the explanation. I kind of expected that already.
In that case I would suggest to remove the 'current status'. The information is irrelevant and misleading if it's not updated.

hy, i have goalkeeper G363 Pass 119 tech 180 speed 260 and exp 43 and can someone tell why his rating never goes over 14? some players have lower atributes but ratings better.
Tec is too low, should be about as high as spe. Don't know what's his hea, but shoud be at least as high as pas. Also if you play games on very high importance, his seasonal energy drops a lot each match, making his rating drop so it negates the progress he makes at training.
