Wow nice player. With your training facility he should be on the team in a few seasons if trained the right way.

His scouted AVQ is 86, and his key qualities are all in the 90's. He is probably the best player I've gotten from my sports academy so far, even though it would have been nice to have 10-20 extra OR to start with.

I am trying to collect scouting information to determine which prospects might be of interest in the future for the senior national team.

I already have the information for about 50 other interesting players not included on this list. I will need to update this list for 15 year olds pulled between now and next season. Players with 4 CL, bad facilities, or low unscouted AVQ combined with bad OR or weaker facilities have been excluded from this list.

For now, I am just asking for anyone that reads this list to send me the information for their players. Once I am done scouting opponents and have heard from the managers that respond to this post, I might later ask for some help with scouting the remainder of this list.

It would help if any posts except for posts about players of interest to the national team (as before) could be put in the national team forum so this list remains visible as long as possible.

If you send scouting information, you can just copy the player page from the scouting symbol to the AVQ and paste it into a messsage. I need qualities and position most at this point. It would be best if all the players for a single team could be put into a single message. I still need the scouting information for the following players (the teams are based on the original team that pulled the players):

What are you planning to do with this list? These are more than 100 players. Seems to me like a huge waste of time to try to study all of them.

Like any manager, I am very glad to know that you are looking at my players, but 2 of the players you listed were complete rubbish and I already got rid of them for very low money. They had AQ 80, but in all the wrong areas. The third has zero chances to get to even be a starter in the league.

Maybe you can post (very high) requirements for each position separately, so only 2-3 players qualify, and ask people to send you their own players. After that accept new candidates only if they are obviously better then the ones you have.

Just trying to save your time.

Thank you for trying to help minimize the time put into prospective players. We actually have a much bigger list than what is currently posted. And, yes, it is a lot of work to try to manage.

But, please understand that without the scout reports...or spending all our time scouting those players ourselves...there is no way to know who is positionally rubbish and who is not. All we have to go on is the unscouted AVQ and OR we see. The best we can do is look for a player to hit certain milestones (i.e. AVQ above "X" and then ask to see their scouted numbers.

That means letting us know who we can drop from the lists of what looks good is as important as sending us scout reports on who really has good Q's, skills and potential. So, please send us those names, and we will drop them from our lists.
