Right, but I imagine the underlying code is the same for both. We're kind of in a unique situation with the football beta. One which might help determine what is an advantage for good pulls.

Right, but my theory is that if your Sports Director is lopsided between Youth/Player training, perhaps that affects pulls negatively.
Sporting Directors - they're staff that work in your Sports Academy. Their primary attribute, youth training, is involved in the quality of your 'pulls' of new prospects. A lot of managers train only the primary attribute, creating an imbalance between the primary and secondary attribute. In players, your primary attributes effective to a max of 2x more than your secondary attribute.
My SD is 6 for youth and 8 for player training and I got a pull of 142 (1st player) and 309 (2nd player)

wow, great pull there yosarian. And Dibs, that is the reason for my theory, and why I will be testing it in the next pull. My best pulls ever were from earlier on in my PPM career when I didn't have such an imbalance... I'm hoping my theory has some weight to it as it would explain my crap pulls as of late.

Hate to say it, but I think you're going to be out 200k... The only way anyone can buy that player is if they do absolutely nothing but buy the player. No facility upgrades, no stadium upgrades or anything.

180OR+ = >=1.5mil for sure. Esp if they are a goalie. Bizan has a 191OR goalie up. Will fetch 2mil for sure.
i am not eager to sell my best players yet, even if i could win 2M....
