Hello everybody.
I'm looking for managers with complete facilities (training-15, regeneration-14+, sports academy-14+), enough money and don't mind the bad results of their team. I'm looking for someone who wants to raise the best Finnish players. If you want to raise the best players, you have to buy the best Finnish fifteen years old. Then they have to play all the matches of very high game importance and the highest time on ice. This way season energy goes down early so the team results will not be good, but players get a lot of experiences and that is very important because 100exp = +10% to player abillities (someone counts even more percentages). This kind of educated players can have more than 100 experience in eighteen years. The U18, U20 and later also the A-team are benefiting from it. When players are sold in their twenty years, in new teams they start playing earlier because they have experiences.
The teams they plays this way are in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and France and so looks the ranking of countries in U18 and U20:

Finnish players need more experiences. It's not easy, but is there someone who will educate them?

Wow, we won against Brazil 6:0, today. Yes, they had weird squad, but I thought, we lose all friendly matches in this season. In our team plays one right defender on the left side and in the fourth formation we have goalkeeper in the defense.It's because of the player's chemistry. This season I didn't expect good results in friendly matches, so I'm satisfied with today's result. But of course, the Brazilian team was weak today.

We played the last three matches in Admirals Arena (hockey.powerplaymanager.c... ) because we have five players in the team from Red Admirals . Next matches will be played in these arenas:

The World Championship candidates will be published tomorrow. I chose four arenas and three owners will be members of the organizing committee. Unfortunately, the fourth owner (Vompovompatti ) has no chance of credit, but I can remember it in the future if I try to run a tournament again. I hope we get enough votes. There's competition there, so there's nothing to be sure.

We got only four points after three matches, it wasn't planned. We were stronger, had more shots and better offenzive zone time in all three matches, so I hope it was just bad luck. We will play very important match against Brazil today, we must win and I believe we can do it.
