If i build VIP lounge (I am giving example) at 36 day of season, will i get offer of sponsor at 37 day or i need to wait 67 day for sponsors?
It generates random sponsor which will give you money every wednesday.
If we are playing 2 games in one day - for example cup game + league game...how it is with energy? do we play with for example 83/91 energy or with 91/91...

What is better? Training or EXP? When developing a player, which improves his performance more?

If a player plays games, then his training is lower (unless you have a very good physiotherapist). So is it better to put players on the bench when possible or to let them play games when possible?
I would recommend letting the player play whenever it is possible. Boost from experience gained should be greater than what the player would have trained "extra" for not playing any games. Atleast in the long run 
Can we expect some of our draft pulls in season 1 to continue to grow when they are 19 and 20? The guide doesnt say an age or an age range within which players will stop growing. This suggests to me the age at which growth stops could vary widely.
Also I have a player who was drafted as type C. Could my HR have got this wrong as he isnt growing very quickly. He could make the minimum height if he grows when he is 19 and 20.
