Come on, dear dev's! Please do adjust the size and location of team logo, GK glove, uniform and pennant accordingly...

yes, totally agree.
I feel a total lack of consideration for those who spend much time creating the uniform and others who pay to have it, for now almost miss it.

Suggestion:
- Cut-off match importance
- Introduce motivational points for every manager per season. This points should have more impact if you play against stronger team.
- Player salaries should be higher and depending of transfer value. So if one team whant to have 18 or 22 world class players it would cost entire wealth.
In this system - managers would save energy buy resting players. It would be very important to make good balance with players. And motivational point distribution would be important strategical tool.

I second that.
The new team sites are not well-organized I think. Logo and jerseys too small, Gloves and pennant to big. And the logo box stretches over to the glove box. At least in my safari browser. Seems like a bug.
But maybe it's not a problem since we get a design update very soon.

Is it just me that thinks the sorting of Goalie statistical's are strange, when sorting on clean sheets?
This way you'll never come up high if you have 2 goalkeepers that are competing and are playing about half the matches each. Even though they may have the best and 2nd best save percentage.
It would be better to sort the goalie statistical on Save percentage (as in Hockey) or in a GAA (# goal against per matched played).
It feels like to produce a clean sheet is more a team effort then just the goalie performance.

Besides, it was an answer to your suggestion. In other words, he suggested not to follow your suggestion since the problems arise because some people do not behave according to the rules. That's how I understand him. Perfectly legal post I think.

Well - I see problem in match importance and energy system same as you and soderb.
And I have suggestion how to solve that with system adjustments. Why - if there is no evidence - you can't punish people because of statistics.
Soderb suggestion is that PPM team should be something like moral police and make punishments based on statistical numbers - it is so prone to mistakes.

Ok, I don't have anything against the your second and third suggestion (though I don't fully understand how the motivational points should work).
But like I said I would not cut down the match importance since it provides a part of the fun and strategy we can play with.
On the other hand, I really am against punishments without proof. And statistics by itself is no proof. But it can be used to observe certain managers, leagues, matches. It's what the devs should do.
The main question is if an in general working system must be changed because it is exploitable and exploited by some managers. I would at the moment answer with a cautious no.
