Anyway, 3-3-4 doesn't make much sense to me with the team we have. Better go with 1 to 3 forwards.
Priority for GM should be to schedule some friendlies, I trust the assistant to take care of day to day management!

I am assistant but that limits what I can do
I've set lineup and tactics for today but we are very much screwed. I couldn't call up guys who are on the team to the active roster since it was too late. We have nobody in a certain position (won't say which in case Slovakia reads this forum). I've made the best with what we have and, given the strength of our opponent, will focus most of our WCQ efforts on the games when we're in a bitter situation.

Could have been worse with the shot difference but given we had no LB available and we saved energy, 0-3 to a strong Slovak team is a good result.
Well, I salvaged our call-ups as best as I could. We still only have one LB and he has some really brutal adds to the NT (example: Bradley Fraser for one). Next year, we need the team back in good hands. I'll see if I can get us into the WC. But it will be a tough battle.
