So I'm back as U20 GM!

I've offered friendlies for this season and the first 2 games of season 29. All but 2 dates are currently filled for this season, plus the season 29 match dates, I have 5 offers out for all 4 remaining dates.

I have also begun filling out the roster. I have added:

This brings the roster to 34 players. I'm also planning on adding Zachariah Linger to the roster when his transfer closes, as he's currently for sale. Since Corvids FC currently has the leading bid, I don't want to add him and risk increasing the market value unnecessarily.

I'm also considering cutting James Fortier & possibly Clarence Gainey, depending on how a handful of players I'm scouting turn out, as we have too many wide midfielders on the roster.

We don't have a great team, but it's not terrible, either. We have a quality midfield lead by Tyler Tavares and Kane definitely shores up our forwards very well (although I wish his shot was better developed...you win some, you lose some). Harvey Power and Rob Ludham are a solid tandem in goal, which should help boost our weak defenders. We are also looking at a good turnover next year with a good crop of 18 & 19-year-olds (only 2 of those 12 players added so far are 20, and Linger is also 18). We have a shot at making some noise!

Whelp, another one of our quality teams is gone: Tullamore Due. Really wish they'd at least put their good players on the market. A number of good players are now just going to sit around and rot.

Seems Leafsdude has tapped out, so I have arranged to finish the season as U20 GM to give us a better chance, and to keep it Canadian. I have put in for U20 GM next season, but if anyone is the least bit interested in the position, please put your name in, and I will withdraw. For all you aspiring hockey GMs, this may be a less competitive market to acquire some of the national management skills.

If we can win two of our last three games (possible), we will advance to the next round. I like our chances better now that we have replaced the forward who was playing goal with a real goalie!

Come on now Sanchez was stellar as a goalie ! For ever he will have his goaltending stats and experience. Lmao

I think his family and friends may throw him a party when his new rating as a wide midfielder puts him way out in front in the running for most improved player since last game!

Already working on this season's team. A few players added, one cut. Think we have a chance of improving our world standing partly because........
Sanchez will not be playing in goal!!
If you have anyone on your team 18-20 with an OR higher than 1000, please let me know! I may have missed him in my research.

I assume you've scouted my team. All 18-20 year olds are ~1000 OR or more. I am carrying said players for NT purposes so I'd appreciate them being added to the roster at 18.
