Thanks. Also, if anyone has any interest in assistant manager I'm open for some help picking the next crop of players.
[soccer_team=30067] have three 17 year old who might make the selection.
U17 in soccer and U18 in hockey is the hardest role as there are now lower teams that already have picked the best players.

Great players in teams without top facilities won't be great picks IMHO, unless they're sold very quickly since they train the most when young. High Q's won't make the difference with lvl13-15 training/regen/SA. 17 should be at least 700OR, preferrably 750-800 early in the season, and 16y should be 600+.
I'd recommend leaving more room to add 15y during the season, since they'll be usefull in 1-2 season.

I think The Drillers have a couple more 17 year old's for the U-17 team.
Added Beagrie, we need forwards bad so he was an automatic. Furler is on the bubble for midfielders, I would rather fill that spot with a 16 year old since he wouldn't be a starter anyways right now.
Ok, I thought the World Cup was this season. Get the 16 year chemistry for the big tournament next season.
I don't know if you're being sarcastic or not but ya the World Cup is this season. Furler will still probably be added, just have to do my due diligence to make sure I add the right guys. Right now we only have 1 16 year old on the team so if I just kept stocking up on 17 year olds I would be really screwing this team over for the next manager.
I have some guys in camp that are called up for today's game. If they're not absolutely required and you have some time to change the lineup, they would train more with my TC.

Ya sorry I knew they were in TC but played them anyways, I want to make sure we stay safe in qualification and our depth is a lot worse this season than it was last season. They were both needed today, even though we only got the draw.

Hey guys, just wondering if my guy Sébastien Graham has a chance to take that dead last spot on the U17 team. Best prospect I've pulled in terms of OR and EQ, he's a LB.

Not the best soon-to-be 16 year old in Canada, but just wondering if he can make the push for that last spot.
He'd be the second-best 15 6/6 on my team. How fast is he training?
