Welcome to the game. There seem to be a few new active teams in II.4 so next season should be an exciting one if all the teams are fairly evenly matched.

I see you're expanding your stadium. That's good because you'll bring in more money per game. You should also build up your facilities. This is relatively cheap and fast at the low levels of the facilities. Try to get your Human Resources Department up a couple of levels before the end of the season. This will get you better sponsorship deals for next season.

Improving your training and regeneration facilities will help your players train faster and start to give your team an edge.

Crico I dont know if is good for me go to the 1.league. Because I dont give money for best players (goalkeeper,assistance etc). I think that I will have less spectators because I will be maybe at the bottomof the table. I will be have more money from sponsors if I will in 1. league?

You will be promoted. Your lead is too much. So don't worry about whether you can compete and work out how to compete best.

When you get promoted you will get more money from sponsors. Use it to make your team better.

You have done a good job investing in facilities so you should be able to build a strong team.

However, your player ratings are too low. Hunter Carr has been in your team all season and has an average quality over 80% but his player rating is only 2 in recent games. That's not right.

He is either not being trained at all or being trained in the wrong skill. Go to Players - Practice and check what skills he is being trained in (preferably midfield or speed). Check all your other players are being trained properly too.

No harm being promoted next season and/or relegated the season after.... Another season should see your team, facilities and stadium that much better...is a long term game this... Enjoy the$$ for promotion!

Look at [soccer_team=53040] in Div II.1

He started the same time as you and has built similar facilities but his player ratings are double yours.

His player Callum Milton is the same age as Hunter Carr with lower quality but he got a player rating of 5 in his last game. That's roughly where Carr should be now.

Thanks. Hunter Carr practiced midfield only, but he practice speed 1 week already. I know that is better have 2 or 3 skills to similar value than 1 main skills(midfield) very tall. And he has energy 61/61 now only therefore the bad rating.

Callum Milton has OR 340 and Hunter Carr 240only! But I dont understand why has team Philippines Askals 6 sporting directors and 5 couches etc.

Six coaches is too much.. You really only need two, maybe three when one starts to get old.

He also has 46 players so maybe he doesn't know how to throw things out

II.4 is all over bar the shouting with Atlantic now definitely promoted and the Noname formerly knon as Full Moon definitely into the playoffs.
