I received this suggestion from a Brazil's staff member and I believe it's important. As requested, I'm posting it here.
He said:

- Demolitions of stadiums' structures should only generate income when the team is with negative balance and they should become unavailable as soon as the team gets positive balance. That would block the unfair strategy of those teams that intentionally demolish structures to have money and unbalance the market's transfers.

I don't agree with that. It's a valid strategy if someone wants to buy a player and needs money fast.

Few thoughts about TopArt votes.

1) [Visual] Display both lost and won vote "duels". For example logo with 100 votes for and 30 votes against shown in statistics like that 100(30). Also it's possible to include stats "against" in statistic... if someone picks not your logo - you get -1 to stats.
2) [Backend] I'm not sure how the votes are currently working but I have impression that it's just picking two random images from the pool of monthly art without counting how many time it showed up in the votes. If I'm correct that creates uneven distribution and making some top arts showing really near the top when they are actually not the best. My suggestion to include counter for each vote. TopArts that appear in the vote less than others should start appearing more frequent.
3) [Awards] Awards for top art votes are not very useful. They pretty much show who has a bot program to click, or just sitting and clicking without picking actually best art. For instance, I saw some people in Germany already have over 100 000 votes. If I'm voting fair, even with worst image it takes me at least 0.5-1 second to move moves between two vote buttons, and in the case of 2 interesting arts it might take up to 20-30 seconds to pick the better one. My point is to click 100 000 with 1 second per click it's over 24 hours in time just sitting and clicking every second. I just don't think that number of clicks reflect contribution to the vote. I believe that award should be given based on time spent in the specific to the sport topart page while executing at least 1 click in the time span of 3 minutes but not having more than 1 click per second.

150M behind this year in Sponsorship for handball. Finished 7th in league and playoff's I was 50M behind last year. So in 2 years I am almost the cost of 3 full triple stands behind the top place team in I.1 USA handball. This is season 4. This is hard to overcome.

I agree this is concerning. Would be nice if there was a salary cap and floor for each league level. It is something that would also drive people to promote even if they knew they'd lose many games.

I agree 100%. When I lost in the playoffs in hockey last season it didn't bother me a bit since I knew financially it was better for my team. I had hoped I'd at least get to the finals, though...

As a long time Pro Pack and credit user I loved to support PPM and this game.

As time goes by and seeing PPM developping new sports and though always in need for more money to live from I was wondering if...

Instead of the Sports waiting lists where everyone can register and dont seem to be useful any longer we could have a donation page according to the next sport we would like to support and maybe play in the near future...

Why such a suggestion?
I'm kind of bored supporting (Pack Pro owner and credit buyer) other sports I wasnt looking for at first place and was rather thinking about such a method hoping it might help developping less popular sports like Baseball or so...

I'd rather spend 100-150€ in donation and hope to play Baseball sooner than expected rather than buying credits to play any other sport...

What do you think about it?

there was a suggestion like this in the past. However, in our company it's not really possible to say how much money was invested into development of which project as the work of the people who work on them overlaps.

Yeah thanks for the answer but still I would rather spend 100€ in donation for Baseball rather than any other sport.
Instead of having the number of registered managers I would rather see how much people would donate for their favorite sport to be launched

I cannot wait for baseball. I really hope they break it down in the abilities so you can build different type of players. Just for the hitters alone you have power hitters, slap hitters, extra base hitters, all around hitters... So many abilities to have and build. Just for hitting the ball alone you could break it down to 3 to 4 abilities to affect how the player hits. Same with pitchers, relief , pen and closers. Side they pitch on, type of pitch. 8 types of players plus DH. 4 types of pitchers plus types of pitch and left or right handed.

40 man roster to carry all season. Now that is where I think a triple AAA farm team comes into play. Just so you can call up your bench due to injuries or releasing players.

Baseball would be amazing.

Part of the reason they had the vote for "what sport next" was because I was pushing hard for baseball. Sadly, they don't know the rules and how it works so I think it'd be a long shot. Add to that that Europeans typically have no interest in the sport it is tough to convince them to start it for the North American market alone, especially considering the new GE it'd require.
