Everyone is proud of their team/players to an extent. But mikpj always has an "aren't I awesome" approach to his team.

It's all about luck I guess. I don't find it too hard to apply managerial skills into the game but if luck doesn't follow, you can't help but fall behind the other "lucky" managers. Therefore I'd like to carefully suggest that mikpj's just lucky.
