Sorry, I don't really like this idea.

I will have to say that the odds of my original idea being implemented are very slim. PPM doesn't seem to change things very quickly (if at all).

I think it's a good idea you've had -- very practical and logical, especially given that players are returned automatically if needed.

I think a lot of good ideas have been posted and I think they've all fallen on deaf ears.

I'm not paying to play this anymore. My team will suffer and I don't particularly care. Pretty soon, I think I'll stop checking.

Disappointing, because I have a good team and I'd like to take it to I.1.

I also like Chad's idea, but there are so many ideas out there. A lot of the suggestions we keep and implement later on when we find some time.

On the other hand, I am sure that when this game was made, they considered the option of recalling the players and for some reason they decided not to put it into the game. I can understand that too. Sometimes it is a good thing in a game when you have to take risky choices.

We need more risky choices. Ie. Do I build lvl 15 this or that. Right now it's which one first. In my opinion, it should be impossible to max everything out.

Vlad, I know that this isn't your fault, but the way this game is run needs to be fixed.
We get absolutely no input from the developers and instead it is left up to you and the national captains to be their voices.

Why are the players removed from the actual developers?

We aren't told what ideas are good, what ideas are bad. Which will be implemented, which won't be.

I know we have that future page but that thing isn't very informative and not updated often.

I've seen hundreds of suggestions, many great ones, yet we have no idea of the direction of the game.

That is partially my fault. Suggestions are now submitted on an online form and not in the monthly report. Since that change I haven't been keeping up with them as much. That being said I'll do my best to keep track of them but there are lots tossed around.

That being said, if the information is given to you, why do we need to add an extra step?
Why can't the devs share the info with everyone?
Why is it up to the national captain?

What about other nation's suggestions?

The silo effect in this game is ridiculous.

I'm not trying to rip on you scott, but I don't understand why all information we receive is through a game like "telephone".

Everything we hear is hearsay.

There are lots of suggestion threads for them to monitor. Having the support team put them in one place divies up the work.

But they still respond to you guys, and then you guys bring us the info.

Why don't they cut out the middle man in terms of response?

I fully understand that there are too many suggestions for them to check through, so they need to be screened and centralized.
But after that has happened, they will respond to you guys... why don't they just make those responses public instead of relying on you guys?

Wouldn't it make more sense?

My only complaint is that we don't see the replies unless we keep checking back on the submission form and sometimes it takes awhile.

This game is overly simplistic and largely broken and the problem is that the developers don't care; they are satisfied with the product that they've created and are looking at better ways to monetize it, only, or to make new games.

I pay about $40 per year in order to have my training set and to switch between line-ups and tactics with ease.

I make about 3 big decisions per season and let the roster do its thing for the rest. That'd be fine if my big decisions didn't involve keeping my team below a certain level to avoid promoting to I.1 where it would be decimated. So I'm paying to play a game that I'm deliberately trying to lose in order to eventually win. I'm not having fun anymore.

I've made recommendations and seen others do the same to try to improve the game -- all seem to fall on deaf ears. As a paying customer, I felt disrespected. Now I don't pay.

I recommended this game to several people and was able to encourage a few to join, but I don't do that anymore. I probably won't play much longer either.

I am the head of development now so you do have direct link to the developers. I cannot respond to every suggestion in this thread or I wouldn't get any work done. Captains help us a lot in this process. You have to understand that not everyone speaks English and that this thread is one of many.

Ok... I'll make it as simple as possible.

Suggestions get posted and then centralized and sorted. That's fine

Devs respond with which are good and which is bad to the Captains, then the captains relay the information back to their country.

How about instead of just giving the information to the captains, you have a page on the website where you post it... much like the To Do List (which is only in English by the way, so translating isn't really a requirement).
Make it a suggestions page.
We can see what has already been suggested, which the Devs like or don't like (and why), what is considered a priority, etc.

This will cut down on repeat suggestions, make the game a lot more transparent, and appease much of the unrest shown by the users (a.k.a. customers)

P.S. The To Do List hasn't been updated in a month and almost never changes.
