Bulldogs forgot to send their real team to our last encounter I suppose...26-0, think that is a record for a league game against a real opponent
Well, they seem to have a really soft goalie. My loss to them was the only respectable outing my team has had. Either they have no other goalie, or have decided to field a weakened lineup.
Finally in first, took long enough. Will be interesting to see how Scorpion Noir do over the course of the next few weeks, they just picked up a FA for 4M plus...but they have a tougher schedule now...

Noir is likely gonna need more than one FA to close the gap with the top teams they are chasing though.

Well, it's the midpoint of the season. I'm quite impressed with my team's progress. I certainly didn't expect to be in a four way race for 11th. Still have a lot of improvements coming up too, so the second half will be interesting for me.

I'm right where I figured I'd be. Just about to start a bit of a youth movement for next season.
Still regret not going 3 lines against Surrey earlier in the season. Besides that am doing what I figured. Am hoping to sell my top player for some cash since he is old, else I guess he will be with me until the end.
Just picked up 2 new players, I suspect I will be promoting this season unless Printemps stops me so I have to start planning for tier 2 at this time.

Yah, good time to make that push! I am saving up for Training facility. I expect to shed a few older players at end of season to make room for some 20 yr olds.

Will do though black metal (the guy who won this division 2 seasons ago) noted they are not that much better, especially when you are getting destroyed.
Well sold my vet, though got very little. My oldest guy now is 29 so will be fine for a few seasons. Now time to invest in my arena and training facility full time for a few seasons. Still have to sell one defender but still not sure who.
Big game coming up tomorrow, Printemps vs my squad, will be interesting to see how my team without my vet does...

Yah, I'm alternating between training facilityand arena. I'm confident that the quality of players I'm developing can keep me going til those are maxed out.
Wow, did not expect that scoreline. I tweaked my offense, and got a new top level defender but still figured it would go to OT at least. Oh well, see you in the playoffs I figure as got beaten by Printemps so figure you will face one of us two...
I'll probably finish in 5th. You think you'll drop that far? Lol
