is their cl identical? if not, prospect a should have the higher cl. if it is identical though, cl breaks down further within each of the 6 cl's. a might have a better cl than b, even if they both display identical cl
both have 5/6 CL, same age, and they both started at 5/6 CL when they were 15 years old. I guess it's one of the hidden functions of the training system..
I have two really good players, Hugues Burroughs and Rowan Craig. Burroughs constantly has higher training than Craig despite have lower CL and similar qualities.
But Craig gets the start for most games doesn't he? Did you see if they train at the same pace without both having playing time?
this is actually the reason i don't give much ice time to my rookies unless they are at least semi ready for league games. as long as you don't have a regen that doesn't match your training, i feel that you'll end up with higher or player with slight difference in exp. similar to what detroits do
Neither of them play friendlies and I still see Burroughs training better.
I don't think there is a difference between 5/6 and 6/6, but I think that 3/6 is where you see a real drop.
4/6 might be a very small drop.

i see a slight difference between 5/6 and 6/6 (enough to make a difference), but yes 3/6 drop from 4/6 makes a lot of managers sad
What is the difference? Thy just don't increase at a fast rate. their talent is still their talent, is it not?
yep, that is the difference. their talent is purely based on their attributes (or at least that's what we've been told)
