Can someone help me to try to improve my chances of sucess and also how do I lower my chances of cards. I run a 4-3-2-1 ratio for anyone thinking about what my tech is. This has been going on far to many times this season.

They've been working fine for the first 10 games, i guess i'll change something just for the "good" feeling.
I don't think it makes too much difference thought, might even make things worse because these settings have worked out the best for me so far...
And as far as i know, there is no counter tactics in football.

Today you won with the same tactics.. it could be just a bad luck in last couple of matches..
Might be, i don't really have the players to switch around. I need a good side mid, and BADLY. :p

I am interested how did we had almost equal shoots with this difference in possession ? and that's not the first time for me.

i am not a pro but it would be better for you to play possesion also in the 2nd half. he also had higher agression and first half was delayed play tactics... this might give you a chance or two less then otherwise. but still i am surprised you didnt have more chances...
Teams are quite even - you simply did not take your chances as opposed your opponent.
Your opponent would seem to have a better defence, albeit a slightly weaker midfield. Forwards seem quite similar.
Nothing wrong with this result whatsoever imo.

Although it is quite rare to see a team score from every chance they create, it is not impossible.
Your team look slightly stronger, but they look even enough for such a result to happen.
The lack of opportunities on target was your downfall here, whereas your opponent was quite efficient.
I can't imagine this result happening too often, given the amount of chances made, but as both teams played a similar type game, and are roughly around the same level, it can happen, quite easily.

is there any way to fix my problem of opportunities on target? is this only luck or do you have to have good skills at technique or sth else?
How good are the shooting attributes of your strikers?

um actually pretty good... midfielders have 40-50 mostly and one even 74, and forwards one 106 and one 59. i know, the one with 59 is weak, but he only had one shot on goal. defenders also all have 40+ shooting. 40-60 to be exact.
according to the or of the players(400-500) i think that's pretty good.
