It's hard to guess if you had a chance in the election, but I think so. 0224mister would also have had a chance, but not this season against the most successful Czech national manager (Kalores ) and with him the most successful Czech league manager (Standa83 ).

Our results with Finland this season aren't good, we know it, but we do everything to turn the situation. I still believe in the quarterfinals, but it won't be easy. We will play against Slovakia tommorow. They are standing in our way to QF.

You are almost mine and Kalores combination. You have a lot of gold medals like Kalores and experience, stadium and facilities almost like my team.
If you ever decide to join the Czech team, I'd like to translate your speech from English into Czech. You can have a bilingual speech like me in Finnish U18, but I used Google Translator and it's not the same as a translation from someone. A lot of people dn't have an overview about managers, so if you want to succeed here, you need a good speech to let others know you.

Have a look on the forum of the team of France. I write a lot and I'm not good enough to translate everything into English, because like any good French, I'm pretty bad in language.

So translate my French into English for you to translate it into Czech, you would have a lot of work and I'm not sure that in the end it would be understandable

I'm also writing a lot and trying to teach others (I'm not alone) and I'm trying to find an interesting thing to make the discussion more alive, but sometimes it's hard.

It's about players training, but the best ones in the Czech Republic know it all long ago and also share their insights. So I got it easier at the beginning and I think I know almost everything about the game. When I was the manager of the Czech U18 team, I wrote to all the owners of the players and wanted the right training from them. They all modified the training as I wanted and combined with the great experience of the players, I won my first gold medal.
I do not know how it is in the Czech A team now but when I was there in the 28th season, I was not satisfied with the training of the defenders. That is why I prefer younger categories where I can influence the training of the players. That's what I'm going to do in the Finnish U18 team and I'll try to make more experience for the players. Perhaps I will find at least one team that will want to play Very High importance of the matches.
