They may drop a bit but not much.
I'm pretty sure I could tank a season on purpose and get promoted next season. I'm not going to do that, but it is definately possible.
yah, its an interesting thought really.... i've never been relegated before, so I just assumed you'd have a big drop in your offers, but if its not that bad it might be worth considering....... I just don't like losing at things, thats my problem. These first couple of seasons here in II.1 are going to be painful enough, so the thought of tanking a an entire season makes me cringe a bit.
You'll catch up biz. I think I had a really bad season a couple ago (finished like 13th). Now I'm one of the better teams in II (in my opinion).
Or you will be like me and stuck in 14th for the past 3 seasons, not bad enough to go down to III, but not good enough to challenge for the playoffs

I'm willing to forgive the fact that you're wearing a flames jersey there and cheer you on against my better judgement as a canucks fan ;P I do respect the flames though, especially your captain. Classiest act in the league.
Actually, its been awhile since we've had a good old Calgary vs Vancouver playoff series, they're always a lot of fun to watch. Perhaps next season.....

those rioters are being shamed out now, its hilarious. The guy with the ugly shoes that was lighting the cop car on fire was on the news crying yesterday because people figured out who he was. He's been getting death threats and now he's going to lose his spot on the national water polo team, and he's also losing some scholarship. They effed up big time, ahahaha. idiots.
I'm from Gibsons now (about 30 mins from van) but I grew up in Vancouver. The thing that pisses me off the most about the rioters, is of all the people who have been busted and publicly shamed in the news, not a single one of them has actually been from Vancouver yet. 3/4 of them are from surrey (enough said), and the rest have been from other suburbs.
On the other side of it, that riot wasn't nearly as bad as it looked on the news. REAL canucks fans went into the downtown core and basically had the entire mess cleaned up by the next afternoon.
