Anyone who hasnt done so, can you put your best players (>450 OR, under 19) in to the database:

nt-soccer.czechppm.cz/eng... need to be in a position to start callups asap. I have scouted a few players allready and have seen a few great ones and some others who i think could be great with a change in training. I'll try and message people over the next few days about those ones.

Assuming we get to book nt friendlies i will contact the scottish and irish managers and try and get some home internationals set up to ease us in..

Good luck, i think we have decent enough players to do ok. i wish i hadnt missed the first few seasons of this game, my facilities are too far behind to actually produce world class players damnit

Quick work by the PPM translation team. All the NT pages are in english now

Looking through the NT database we have some good players but some i think would benefit from a change of training: several have monster primary skills with no secondary skills

For the record id like to see Major influence secondary skills trained to around 66% of primary skill, Medium influence at about 50% and small influence i am not so worried about. For strikers i would count Shooting as a Major influence secondary. For midfielders shooting is nice but id prefer tec/pas on a cm and speed/tec/pas on an sm.

I'll try and send individual messages at some point but right now imat work and there is too much to wade through. Also have to be aware that not all our good players will be in there, however we need a squad by Saturday, so first aim is call up enough to field a team plus subs while leaving spaces for other discoveries later.

66% is optimal? i have been striving for 75% on my major influence, maybe i should get more primary skills.

Ive never seen one piece of actual evidence of what the actual optimal number is. Most people dont even go as high as 66% though!
