To clarify... I had a 1*, 1*, 3*
and then I figured if all are equally likely, then on the final auto pick i have a 60% chance of getting a 3* OR BETTER which is better than just 3* - and the risk paid off!

Did the same, but mine paid off on the media though with 5*
I had a 1*, 1*, 1* for media going into last night, I knew that every night is separate for the odds, so I guess I did have another 20% chance of getting 1* again, and yay, I got a 4th 1* offer!!
wow.. yeah once it's happened the chances of getting another are just 20%... but stepping back from it and saying getting 4 1* offers in a row is .2 x .2 x .2 x .2... about a 1.6% chance hah

Hahaha. Don't accept it. Wait since a 1* will be better than your current 5* once your sections finish building tomorrow. Just be sure not to view the offer before "construction is complete".
That'a crazy good money. I scored a 16.5 mil a week, and rejected a 2 star 5mil.
