1. If they are on the national team and OR is above 150, then yes, otherwise no. If you want to sell a player do it first

No quite. They changed the rules awhile ago. Look at this team, [hockey_team=12794]where they went under and still have an average player OR of 363. Players will NOT go to the market unless they are on the NT. They may go to the market when the team goes from inactive to noname but that could take many seasons at which point 400OR will be poor for top-3 leagues.

No they don't. OR is irrelevant if they are on the NT. However it was 250OR not 150OR. But since the change of new managers getting players of OR that is average of the league the new players are basically all over 200OR anymore anyways.

It seems that collecting pucks is one of the things to do in this game. Is there an easy way to determine which teams have pucks? Can I tell which teams have pucks from the league standings page?

There really isn't an easy way that I know of. Only real thing to do is the pro-pack auto scheduler and specify that they have a team puck. Outside of that you have to search all the pro pack users in each country. Even then, some managers don't have pro but have a puck.

Now that I think of it, one thing you can do is look at other people's puck collections and find a league you need and get a team that has a puck from their collection

What I do if I want a puck from a certain league, I go to the league results page. Like I.1 in Norway: hockey.powerplaymanager.c...

If you want a puck from a bigger league, like a III.XX league, it's also easy to use the same page and just select league 1 submit, 2 submit, 3 submit, etc and fin the teams.

I guess I'm one of those hiney-holes playing on high this last week and a half. I'm all for following a "code" but, it's also the end of the season and energy doesn't matter anymore AND OTR is a BIG part of the sponsor offers so, I have to ask, why aren't more playing on normal/high?!? I know I've stolen a coupla' games by having a higher importance.

Mordeth and Eeoulu; I don't know you at all ,but, I'm sorry to see you guys go. I remember WAYYY back at the end of last season when I first started and was studying the forums, It was your guys' posts (along with canucks357, nsblues, trueblue, coach2live, etc.) and help that got me excited about the game and over the bell-curve of learning. Any one last piece of departing advice?
