Don't forget about age influence !
What age influence?
Players' ages influences training as well.
Since when? It's not in the guide.
The only time the guide references age and training is that a persons age will influence how fast a players CL drops. It mentions absolutely nothing about age affecting training.
I'd love to be proven wrong of course

you can check that quite easily for yourself. pick two players with (nearly) equal Q in one attribute, equal CL and different age. compare training progress of both in that attribute for a few days

So what you're saying is you believe Age MIGHT have an affect on training. Pure speculation.
For the record i have 2 defenseman, a 19 and a 20yr old, both with identical qual% on def attribute, and the 20yr old often trains at a higher rate.
I also have 2 forwards with identical qual% in their offense attributes, again a 19 and 20yr old, and again the 20yr old often trains better in that attribute.

LOL and i have a 19yr center with identical CL and pass quality to an 18yr center, and the 19yr trains consistently better.
I don't believe that age MIGHT have an effect on training ... I'm 100% sure

Yes, all of them play in every game, season, tourny and friendlies.
Check if those youths are playing in special lines !

Yes, the OLDER players (who train better) are on special lines. This actually goes against what the guide says, as the guide suggests the more a player spends on the ice, the more they would need to regenerate and the lower they could train.
I'm not 100% convinced age has as big an influence as you believe, in fact, i'm fairly convinced that it doesn't at all, at least not when there is only a year or 2 separating players. Now, comparing an 18yr to a 28yr old may be different, but we can't run those comparisons just yet.
