As I can see from your recent squad changes we are a very rich country We can afford to release players with 2000 overal rating (and it doesn't matter that we only have 6 such players at all. And what is interesting, the 7-th one also can't made it to the team).
In my opinion, the time when we need to call 20-25 years players to the squad is past, at least we have some superstar great quality, CL and with top-3 overal rating among his peers. I remember, when I fought for Perozak, everyone yelled at me. Now look at him. Same goes for Hurka. "he wont be center". Look at him.

Also, career lenght is more important. Yarmolenko Can improve +800 OR at least. Potentionally. We have lots of space. He can get bonuses. Better than having 5 old players/position.

Conversation about Hurka was 2 years ago (real years)? at that time he was SF with center height (to be honest he was useless for national team then, but can agree that NT bonuses for him was not a bad idea).

Agree that CL is very important in this game, but we don't have many 2000+.
I can argue about Yarmolenko possible +800 upgrade. It is really a lot of points. With such upgrade he will be almost 2200. Very few can reach that number, for this they need to have almost perfect CL history, great qualities and a very good strating overall (at 15). As you may saw he is not so special when talking about overall rating.

Please, do not think I somehow try to atack you. I like our results with you, also like that there is some stability in our NT. For me it just look like too much changes for a single season and a lot of free time to write those comments because of quarantine.

Perozak was a dead case, "low rating", with low passing training. I added him, when his general manager promised to train properly, but still has to be trained for almost 2 season only for passing attr. So I got critics in private after. Now he is our one of best PF, and you did not one to include, because then he didnt look good. So yes, in a way, look at him. Because if I dont fight for him, he would be nowhere near National Team material.

I reverse my changes next week, because it is still your country. So I showed what I want, if you dont like it, be the other way. The main core stayed in NT anyway, except your PG. We will survive this and rise.

As I understood the issue with Perozar was his passing. Ok, that is great that you fixed his training, thank you. But I still can't remember about some disagreement
between us about Perozak.

Please, don't say that the issue here is because you released my player. He is old, it is his first season with 0 CL, so he won't get any training bonuses, only a little experience boost. So I can live with him not being in the NT (as I will do about Popov (7-th Ukrainian if looking at OR) and Beha (13)). For me, it just looks strange to call Mykhailo Herbin (1795 and 149 match rating in the last club match) instead of 2000+ OR and 182 rating. But you are the manager, if you think it is the right decision, please don't call him again

Oleksandr Konovalenko is too weak for 2nd PG (rat. 161 in his club). If Andrii Lіsovyі is injured, we will be without PG at all

Lisovy was a bad call. I agree. But old Sg-s are better than Popov, and SG-s with 2/6 CL will be better than Popov. Same goes for Beha, Yatsenko will be just better now. We can have them, or giving bonuses some talent. It does not effect our A team performance, except Lisovy, that I admit, it was a bad move. I just like to give more bonuses to young(er) players, if have place for them.

I will change that, but I can only change squad again on Monday.

Lisovyi is nice for NT and his call was good, as for me.
Lisovyi + Bilenkyi for now and Konovalenko + Kushnir for future. It could be great.

До речі, критика критикою, але можливо він не виганяв Andrii Bilenkyi , а ізолював від команди. В гравця пневмонія, тестів мабуть не вистачило, тренер вирішив перестрахуватись
