I wont change anything of course, until you guys suggest me otherwise.

As I can see, you did a lot of work on the composition of the team (including the theoretical candidates).

Speaking about the position PG, as for me, it is better ratio 100-75-75. Anyway, I have written several times to the Andrii Bilenkyi 's coach for training and ratio. He corrects training, but not for a long time. But even with 100-70-70 Andrii Bilenkyi has the same rate in the match as Oleksandr Solodukhin .

In my opinion, it's too early to send both of Oleksandr Melnykov and Arkadij Garas . At least one of them, namely Arkadij Garas have to stay for rotation. Mykhailo Liubka is still too weak now to be #3.

Speaking about Blahoslav Palianytsia , he could be the third on the C (132 rate in the previous season in this position).

Summary:
Leonid Popovych , Pavlo Hrebenozhko and Oleksandr Melnykov should go away.

Milan Beha , Oleksandr Filonenko and Viktor Makaryk (for C) are joining the team.

For the next season, as I can see:

Borys Utkin and Oleksandr Solodukhin - out.

Oleksandr Konovalenko and Oleksandr Lyutyanskiy - in.

Yes, I meant Garas or Melnykov. Not both. I have just listed everyone might leave the NT squad soon. Indeed, and I do agree Liubka is currently number 5th SF, but very soon he will be top3 SF.

Thank you. Bilenkysi will be top3 PG, but needs a little adjust like I said.

Also when I choose not just considering the rating (it depends on the opponent), but the shooting and the blocking values as well. Because rating does not include the shooting and the blocking values. Highest rating sometimes is not our best option.

Center

I've also tried every 205 or 205+ cm PF last season in center position as well. That is the main reason behind Stelnov played there very frequently. Yes, Pali could do his job there too (depends on opponent), until young talents catch him up.

I agree, Liubka is close to # 3, but not enough.

The new coach will have to remind gunsmith (Bilenkyi's coach) to change the training every 1-2 weeks.

Stelnov is strong enough at the C (148 at last season), but he's the best our PF (170 right now). I think it's a bad idea to put him in C frequently.

And yes, you can make changes now, if you want so

Stelnov is better at C position, than Pali, thats why he played there, when Utkin was injured, 148 > 132. And sometimes, because rotation. We had 4 good PF, and 2 C. If its possible, the best option Stelnov to play PF. I aware of that. On key matches (for example winning match against Slovakia or 1 point defeat against Latvia), he played there.

2 season from now, and Ukraine Senior Team will have 130+ "young" centers thankfully. All of this will be just past.
